Dusan Joyce is the first person to antagonize Julian at a party at the Soroti building, during Noah's welcome, where Julian first asks Okta out on a date, and meets Alina with Rosi.

Dusan takes revenge on Julian because all his family's business was destroyed by Julian, more precisely by Levin who wanted to get recognition from Julian, from where Dusan initially held a grudge with Julian.
