The Heir of the Sea

The Heir of the Sea
Rainbow Valley (Death?) 3

The morning sun is beginning to show itself, Baruna and Snowy are seen in the outer courtyard with Kitty.

Ethan was still silent in that special room. He fell asleep for a while and then woke up.

Ethan comes out of that special room and searches for Baruna and Snowy in the outer courtyard.

The waiter who usually cleaned the house had come and started making breakfast for the Young Master and the guests.

"Good Morning"

Ethan's greeting to Baruna and Snowy.

Baruna looked around looking at Ethan with a smile.

Ethan tries to be ordinary and doesn't want to tell him what he saw last night.

"For Young Master" Snowy said to Ethan.

They laughed together that morning. The air in the place was very fresh and soothing.

"We have breakfast first. After that we continue looking for the sword" Ethan told Baruna and Snowy.

Ethan has decided to help Baruna even though Baruna will finally know about the past and hate Ethan even once. Ethan is ready, even if he dies at Baruna's hands.

"OK" replied Baruna and Snowy together. They looked more relaxed that morning because there was a little more grass that they had to tripe.

The three had breakfast together after which they returned to the Rainbow Valley to clean the rest of the grass that had not been cleaned overnight.

The grasses were gathered and burned, finally the whole corner of the valley looked better than before. Although it was still arid and as they searched around it had yet to find the Sword.

But Baruna was not desperate. He continued to search even into every corner of the house. But there was no sign of Kaimana's sword.

It's getting late. The three began to tire down the entire valley even close to the ravine at the western end.

The three then decided to sit on the edge of the rocks that form a pond in the waterfall that had dried up.

"Why can't you find it?" Baruna said in wonder.

"Maybe hidden somewhere. What's on that stone wall?" Snowy asked pointing at the rocks along the pond.

"That's possible. We rest first and let's take a closer look at the rocks there" Ethan said.

Baruna and Snowy agree with Ethan. They chose to rest for a while before starting to search again.

Unintentionally Baruna almost fell backwards. His hand quickly touched a leaf on the edge of the pond and made his hand scratched out blood.

"No" said Baruna who was good - that's fine.

Unbeknownst to them, Baruna's blood made a change in that pond. A rustling sound began to sound, the waterfall arrived - suddenly back flowing out of nowhere the springs that had dried up could return to function.

"Hey look at that!" Snowy was surprised.

The pool was filled with water again, even flowers sprung up like spring. The entire valley re-grown flowers - beautiful flowers especially lotus flowers. Even butterflies and birds fly towards the valley.

They were amazed. That place is so beautiful. Waterfalls and ponds reflected by the sun indeed make the place like having a beautiful rainbow. Plus flowers - colorful flowers grow around the place.

"It's so this. It's too beautiful to be compared to your Goa" said Snowy, who loved the place.

Just as they were feeling happy and amazed, a rumbling sound was heard. Something came out of the pool and almost hurt them.

That's Kaimana's sword. The sword was thrown out of the pool and hit Baruna's body. Although Baruna felt pain in the sudden attack, he still tried to take the sword.

Baruna as if being rejected by his own Sword, he was overwhelmed to the point that Ethan subconsciously came forward and immediately pulled the Sword.

The sword was silent and obeyed. It was as if finding his Master back who had already put him in there.

Even the orange red glow that Baruna had seen around Ethan now shone more clearly.

"Gee. He's very obedient to you" Snowy said in surprise.

Baruna and Ethan looked at each other confusedly.

"You're back to your owner. If it is I who once saved you then it is time for you to return to him" Ethan said as he stroked the sword slowly.

"Akh" Ethan's hand scratched the sword and dripped a speck of blood on the sword's handle.

"Heart - heart. You're so reckless" said Baruna who instantly healed the wound on Ethan's hand with his blow.

"Here, yours" Ethan said, smilingly handing the sword to Baruna.

Baruna took it slowly and carefully. Afraid that the sword might go back to him. But this time it didn't. The sword was very obedient and willing to be touched by Baruna.

As soon as Baruna touched the sword. He felt his soul drawn to the past. Baruna saw all the deaths she had. She's fainted.
