"Oh, introduce. My name is Ella. I'm Rafa's grandmother." Miss Ella extended her hand.

"I'm sorry, if I may know, who is Rafa's son? is he your biological grandson?"

"I'm Arumi's foster mother. And this is Rafa Arumi's son."

"So, all this time Arumi's been with mom?"

"Yes. I brought Arumi home. And that time Arumi was pregnant."
