Sorry to be a little late because Friday this week I am working on PAT or Year End Assessment until Monday two weeks ahead. I try to update every week even if only once a week. Although the Corona outbreak does not subside I hope you are always eager to do activities even though #DirumahAja. Always pray that the plague is over soon, myself though one of #The people themselves are bored if they are always at home and do not meet anyone [Even though I am not one of the people who like the crowd] I really miss the snacks outside, pocket money, and to the mall. So keep the spirit to undergo activities despite #DirumahAja. And one more thing, hold your longs with the big family, gebetan, please, or family members who are not near you always pray for the best for them by living the LDR first do not endanger your family members or your loved ones because of your ego.

"I will accompany you Yueyue" Yu Jianyu rubbed Xia Qiuyue's head.

Triage is a grouping of victims/patients based on the severity of the trauma or disease and the speed of treatment or transfer.
Objective: Can handle the victim/patient quickly, carefully and precisely in accordance with existing resources
Triage principles: “Time Saving is Life Saving (response time is as short as possible), The Right Patient, The, to The Right Place at The Right Time (as well as doing your best for the most amount)” with casualty selection based on :
deadly life threat in minutes
can die in a matter of hours
- Mild trauma
- He is dead
From which life is made a priority
Priority: determining which should take precedence regarding handling and removal which refers to the level of life threats that arise
Priority level :
priority I (highest priority) red for heavy and blue for very heavy. Threatening of life or vital functions, needing resuscitation and immediate surgical action, having a great chance of life. Immediate handling and removal of airway, respiratory and circulatory disorders. Examples include airway obstruction, tension pneumothorak, hemorrhagic shock, cut wounds on the hands and feet, combutio (burn injuries) level II and III > 25%
priority II (medium) yellow color. Potential life-threatening or vital function if not treated immediately in a short period of time. Handling and transfer are not too late. Examples: large fractures, combutio (burn injuries) level II and III < 25 %, thoracic/abdominal trauma, extensive lacerations, eyeball trauma.
- Priority III(low) green color. Need handling like regular service, no need immediately. Handling and removal are final. Examples of superficial wounds, minor injuries
- Priority 0 Black color. The chances of living are very small, the injuries are very severe. You just need supportive therapy. Examples of critical cardiac arrest, critical head trauma.
Assessment in triage
primary survey (A,B,C) to generate priority I and so on
secondary survey (Head to Toe) to generate priorities I, II, III,0 and beyond
