S2. Darel's anger
Pingkan was completely shocked by this happy news. He did not expect if he was reunited with his sister's family.
Last Pingkan met with Wilson's extended family at the birth of Kayana's youngest son who was none other than Dylan. After the meeting, a week later Pingkan went to Germany to take care of the branch company there.
"Auntie didn't think that the one who helped Mirza and took Aunt to the hospital was Auntie's niece as well" Pingkan said happily.
"Well! This is really good news for us, Ma! God has brought us to those closest to us!" exciting Mirza.
"You're right, honey. Mama is really happy!" exclaim Pingkan.
As they were talking, Dylan suddenly realized something.
"God. Why hasn't Darel come back yet?"
"Yes, yeah. Kan brother Darel has gone from earlier," interrupted Mirza.

Darel is currently together with the Doctor who examined Pingkan. Initially Darrel wanted to return to Pingkan's nursery. However, Darel stopped when he saw three mysterious men who came to the reception. Darel finally went back to see the doctor.
"Please keep my aunt and my sister's departure to America a secret, Doctor! Let no one know. Right now my aunt and my sister's lives are in danger."
"Ready, sir! I promise to keep Mrs Pingkan and her son safe" the doctor replied.
"Do it now, Doctor. Because right now there are three men who are looking for the whereabouts of my aunt and my sister."
"Good, sir. Then excuse me first."
After the doctor's departure, Darel contacted his right hand. Darel did not contact Zayan and Arzan, as they were both looking for Kenzo and Gavin. Darel contacted his other right hand.
Darel took his cell phone, then pressed Mikko's name. Then a few seconds later, a connected tone sounded.
"Hallo, Boss."
"Campaign, Mikko. Are you busy?"
"No, Boss. Does the boss need anything?"
"Can you come to Pladys Hospital, now. And bring twenty of your men."
"Can, Boss. Alrighty! I'll be there soon."
After hearing the answer from Mikko. Darel immediately turned off his call. But suddenly Darel realized something.
"Wait first. There's something weird here. Shouldn't it be Uncle Fayyadh who handled Auntie Pingkan while in the hospital? If Auntie Pingan's not okay. It was supposed to be Uncle Fayyadh who called me immediately."
"Ach, shit! Why am I so stupid" grumbled Darel who had just realized his stupidity.
After Darel realized it. Darel went straight out of the doctor's room to go to the nursery of Pingkan his mother Mirza. Just a few steps away, Darel suddenly saw the Doctor who handled his mother Mirza was talking to someone on the phone.
Darel, curious, quietly approached the Doctor and tried to listen to what the Doctor was talking about.
"Everything's sorted out, boss!"
"Is anyone suspicious?"
"No, Boss. Even the Youth who helped Madam Pingkan and young master Mirza were not suspicious at all when I said that Madam Pingkan should be in Operation immediately. And when I advised Mrs Pingkan to be brought to America, the young man believed. And it was likely that the young man had seen three of the Boss' men to come to the hospital to look for Madam Pingkan and young master Mirza. Those three people were just diversions."
Darel who heard it was both shocked and angry.
"Dam. It turns out to be true, the doctor lied to me. Surely the jerk doctor was talking to her ex-husband Bibi Pingkan," said Darel who stared intently at the Doctor.
After Darel heard the Doctor's talk, Darel immediately went to Pingkan's ward.

In Pingkan's nursing room there are currently four nurses. Two female nurses and two female nurses. The four nurses were fake nurses.
They are currently helping Pingkan to get ready to leave Pladys Hospital.
"What is this really about?" ask Dylan.
"Look, sir. The patient will be taken to the United States for surgery there. This problem has been discussed by the Doctor and one of the relatives of the patient. And the man agreed," answered the first male nurse.
"We were just doing our job" said the second male nurse.
When the female nurse wanted to help Pingkan, suddenly the door was forcefully opened.
BRACKET..
"Darel!."
"Sister Darel."
"Departure canceled!" darel exclaimed with a sharp look at the four people disguised as nurses.
Dylan who saw his sister's eyes immediately understood. Something is wrong here.
After that, Dylan looked back at the four nurses.
"Sorry, sir. Departure cannot be cancelled. Everything is prepared. The patient must leave immediately" said the first male nurse.
The female nurse immediately pulled both of Pingan's hands, but Dylan had already held the nurse's hands firmly, causing the nurse to grimace in pain.
"Aackhh!"
Seeing his partner in pain, the male nurse attacked Dylan, however....
DUAGHS..
Darel instantly gave a hard kick right at the man's waist.
"Akkkhh!"
"Sorry, Boss. I'm late!" suddenly Mikko came with twenty of his men.
"You're on time, Mikko!" Darel replied with his demonic smile.
The four fake nurses were instantly frightened when they saw their opponent growing. They glanced at each other, then they secretly wanted to run away.
Unfortunately though.....
"Where are you going?" ask one of Mikko's men.
Some of Mikko's men blocked the four nurses.
"You!" point Darel right at the male nurse. "Call the fake doctor. Tell the doctor to come here. And tell him that you're having trouble bringing in patients" Darel ordered.
The nurse was silent. He refuses to obey Darel's orders.
Seeing that the man was silent and disobeying Darel's orders. Mikko instantly gave a kick right in the man's stomach.
DUAGHS..
The man fell on the floor and spewed fresh blood from his mouth.
"Do you want to too?" asked Mikko who was staring intently at the other man. The man immediately shook his head.
"Then call your doctor now!" mikko.
"Ba-good."

It didn't take long, the sound of the door opening.
CLUTCH
And a doctor came into the room.
"Dok, sorry. When we wanted to take this patient, the son of this patient forbade him. So we're a little troubled" the man's nurse told a lie.
"You guys are really stupid. Doing this job alone can't!" snarl the Doctor.
BLAAMM..
CLIENT..
The sound of the door being closed and locked.
This surprised the doctor. Then the doctor looked at the door. The doctor was surprised to see Darel and several people standing there.
"Hallo, Doctor. Looks like your plan failed huh," said Darel mocking and not forgetting his cynical smile engraved at the corner of his lips.
"A-what do you mean, sir? I don't understand" the doctor said nervously.
"You think I'm an elementary elementary school boy you care about, huh! From the beginning you've been planning all this. You asked Mirza to call me. Though as far as I'm supposed to handle Auntie Pingkan is Uncle Fayyadh. Since I don't want to be suspicious and prejudiced of others, I've come to the hospital and accepted all your advice."
