After Thalita's last conversation with Lemian, they finally decided to work together, they are now looking for a place that can be rented so that it can be used as a store to sell women's skin care products, she said, but now not only women but men are also in accordance with what was agreed by both of them.

"Does this place match the business we're going to open?" lemian asked Talitha.

"If I may know, what's your favorite food? Maybe we can eat where you like" Lemian asked.

"I'm not the type of person who is picky when eating" Talitha said.

"That's it, heum.. What if we eat at my place of subscription, maybe in the future you will be suitable to eat at that place" said Lemian.

"May as well" Talitha said.

The two men then headed to a dining place located in the middle of the capital. The place is quite far from the rental place they agreed.

"Ah looks like the place is quite crowded as well" Talitha said.

"You're right, this place is crowded every day and very many people eat here because the chef is very good at making delicious food" said Lemian.

"I became curious as to what the food in this place was until Mr. Lemian praised him very much" Talitha said.

The two of them then went inside together.

"Welcome sir and Miss" said a servant standing guard at the entrance.

"Where are you going to sit?" ask Lemian.

"There alone, it's not too many people" Talitha said.

"Well, let's sit there" said Lemian.

After they sat down in a couple of chairs, a waiter came and asked them what they wanted.

"I want a roast duck for two, do you want to add another meal?" said Lemian.

"Ah add one serving of beef tongseng" Talitha said.

"That's it?" ask Lemian.

"Yes" Talitha said.

"Well that's it" Lemian told the waiter.

"Alright ladies and gentlemen, please wait a moment for the order to be delivered soon" said the waiter then left.

"Didn't you like the crowd?" ask Lemian.

"As you can see, I don't like it very much" Talitha said.

"Oh yes if you look around the two of us like people who are dating" said Lemian.

"Don't think too much, we're just business partners and nothing more" Talitha said.

"Yes I know, I was just a little joking with you" Lemian said.

After waiting for quite a long time, their food finally arrived and the two people immediately devoured it.

"Hows it? Does it suit your taste?" ask Lemian.

"I love this meat, how about yours?" ask Talitha.

"Of course this roast duck is the most delicious, try it" said Lemian while putting the duck meat in the bowl Talitha.

"It's true the meat is very soft and the flavor is very pronounced, I like it very much" Talitha said.

"Thank you" Talitha said, then devoured it to the end.

After they finished eating and paying, they left the restaurant.

"Thank you for the food, next time I'll treat you" Talitha said.

"Alright, then I'll take you back" said Lemian.

"No need, there are still some items that I want to buy, you go first" Talitha said.

Lemian nodded then climbed into his carriage and left from there.

"See you, Miss Talitha. Then I go first" Lemian said from the train and was only smiled back by Talitha.

After Lemian's departure, Talitha continued her journey, stopping at some stores that sold the ingredients she wanted to mix into her products.

"Looks like this is enough, I should go home. Mia must have been waiting for me" Talitha said.

While on the way home, Talitha looked at the crowd of people who seemed to be watching something in their midst.

"What's there" Talitha said.

Because of her curiosity Talitha went there to see what happened.

"They are new slaves yes, prisoners from other kingdoms"

"Right, they look really pathetic"

"Excuse me, give me a way" Talitha said through the crowd.

"What they do to these people, why they are in brackets and chains, is so inhumane" Talitha said.

"Hey, if you don't find people who want to buy you then you will be killed" said one person who seems to be in control of those people.

"I beg you, buy me!"

"Buy me, sir. I don't want to die"

"Buy us, buy us. We can do whatever you ask, we don't want to die!"

There were about seven people in confinement and in chains, two men and five women, the women pleaded for them to be bought.

"It's sad for their fate"

"If you can just buy them"

"I don't want to add any more people to my house, my husband and children alone are quite troublesome let alone add one more"

"I'm going to buy those seven people, so now get them out of there and the chains off it can hurt their hands" Talitha said.

"Do you seem to be very rich, miss? then how much would you pay for all of them?" asked the slave seller by folding his hands together.

Talitha took out two bags of gold and handed them over to the man.

"Is this enough?" ask Talitha.

When the man opened and saw the contents of the pouch his eyes bulged and nodded his head a sign that he was obeying the words of Talitha.

"Hurry and get them out of the chain!" said the slave seller.

After the seven men had been released, they were handed over to Talitha and the seven men gathered before Talitha.

"Thank you, miss"

"Thank you, miss. You are our savior"

"Hey, stand up! I didn't tell you to do something like this" Talitha said somewhat annoyedly.

The seven men then stood up straight because they saw the look of Talitha who was getting upset, they were afraid they would be sold back.

"You need not fear me and now come with me" Talitha said.

"Well, Miss" they said simultaneously.
