Practice Qinggong
"Now you have reached the Golden Core Realm. And now I can learn qinggong. Qinggong is the ability to lighten the body. With it, your body can walk or run on leaves or on water. The more you train your qinggong, the better you will be. Ah, I don't really understand this. But at least you can run anywhere without falling."
"Am I automatically able to do it now? I've seen people run on walls or on trees. Can I do it now?" bai Yuwen asked enthusiastically.

And they both answered, "No!" Both Bai Yuwen and Bai Ling Zhi laughed after saying the same word. They were even more accrued when compared to being with Xiao Wu Min.
Bai Yuwen and Bai Ling Zhi continued eating. Thus they can melt the atmosphere. They could not see the sun but by the calculations of Bai Ling Zhi and Xiao Wu Min, they could know the time of day and night.
