Chapter 46 is no good, it's a trap.

When Lux mentioned Risaki's illness, not only were the two sisters shocked. Yasaka and Fuji are also shocked when they hear of Medusa's curse.

Risaki who was looking at her brother's behavior suddenly became strange, confused.
