Arthur doesn't want Nox and the others involved.
"I promise. I just want to talk to them" replied Baal.
Arthur replies to anyone who helps him and Arthur asks Baal not to involve Tsuki and Tsuha who are rooming with him.
In the end, Nox and ASJ's Chief son are summoned because they have kept secret the existence of Arthur who became a fugitive of four Kingdoms at once (Aosora, Shinrin, Narai (Kingdom whose society intervenes between the Human Nation and the Angel nation), and Meganstria (which is the Kingdom of non-mixed Angels) the Three Kingdoms are friends of the Kingdom of Aosora).
Arthur was carried with gate-type teleport magic by the Demon Eradication Guild Captain in Special Devil Prisoner and had been equipped with high-level magic.

"I, Aosora Arthur, will accept the entire covenant with De luce Archie as long as He is in this body. And whatever I want must be obeyed by De luce Archie including, his life"
Arthur accepts the agreement with Archie.
That does sound excessive but, it's actually breakeven.

The cell guard warrior opened the cell door that was coated by magic.
Arthur stood up and saluted him respectfully.
"Arthur, forgive uncle for having to carry you with binding magic"
Linus, read the spell to Arthur.
A pure white magic circle came out from Linus' right hand and from the magic circle it let out a rope of mana that started to be wrapped around Arthur's body.
Arthur just kept quiet and accepted it.
Archie also moved on Arthur's speech.
The magic made Arthur move.

Linus suddenly hugged his nephew.
Arthur widened his eyes
The warm feeling, reminiscent of Arthur on the last day Bram hugged him.
Linus hugged Arthur so tightly.
"I'm sorry, Uncle Son. Uncle didn't mean to make you any trouble. Don't disappear like this. Uncle barely sleeps thinking of you and your brother who haven't met"
Linus loved Arthur as much as his own son.

Linus smiled at Arthur.
"Have you eaten enough and slept enough?"
"Tomorrow Aosora, Narai, and Meganstria will come. Uncle hopes they don't get you charged"

"Uncle, I want everything resolved. I, uh, want my life back to normal"

The investigating Guild Leader looked at Arthur with a serious look.
