The Legend Of Fighter

The Legend Of Fighter
CH 08'S. LIVE LONGER

Tang Hao looked at his surroundings that had been torn apart like a sword incision. Even his cultivating seat was already like a deep enough crater. Tang Hao also looked at Lian's grandfather and watched closely looking for answers from Lian's grandfather.

"How are you feeling right now?" Asked Grandfather Lian who saw Tang Hao like looking for an answer after seeing the ravaged surroundings.

Tang Hao stood up.

"Grandfather what has happened here, only a moment did I cultivate this place already like this? What's the battle here kek?" Tang Hao asked.

"Well..."

Grandpa Lian breathed heavily while shaking his head.

"Nothing's going on here. It's all you." Grandfather Lian said as he pointed towards Tang Hao.

"My cake?" Tang Hao pointed at himself in confusion.

Grandpa Lian nodded.

"Not for a moment did you cultivate, but five years have passed." Grandfather Lian said as he stepped away from Tang Hao.

"Whataaa?? Li li five years?" Tang Hao was aghast in shock as he leaped backwards then ran after Lian's grandfather.

Grandfather Lian was silent on Tang Hao's words. He had already guessed that Tang Hao had not himself been cultivating endlessly for that long, and earlier was a reasonable reaction for him.

Tang Hao then examined his body, and sure enough. His height is now like a teenager in his teens, his body is getting bigger showing gallant muscles that are happy to be seen. Tang Hao also just felt his hair was now all along his back. And suddenly he was reminded of a handsome man with silver hair up to his waist.

"What's really going on" Grandpa Lian asked disemboweled Tang Hao's daydream of the handsome man who taught him to sword to the highest level.

Tang Hao paused for a moment while thinking about what kind of answer he should say. He was still reminded of a handsome man in black robes and black eyes who called him young master. The mysterious man said not to tell about the two manuals he had obtained out of nowhere to anyone even if it was his grandfather.

"Actually this is cake,..." Tang Hao recounted that when he started cultivating, his consciousness suddenly entered a place filled with clouds. In that place was a handsome young man yet a bit like him. The young man taught Tang Hao an extremely powerful sword technique with no flaws at all. The young man taught Tang Hao every sword technique to the highest level of any of his maidservants.

Although there were some things that Tang Hao had hidden from Lian's grandfather and felt a little uneasy, it was because he was forced to. Tang Hao also shared that he felt like he had a parent-like affection for his beloved son. That was evident because every speech and behavior of the young man was never rude, never scolding him despite often making mistakes while practicing the sword. And even Tang Hao could also feel there was a longing gaze from the young man's gaze as he looked at him.

Tang Hao fell silent as he remembered that he was dreaming. Dreams that seem real. Tang Hao, who fell asleep in the arms of a handsome young man, was brought to a very magnificent and luxurious palace. Even the castles in the fantasy films he had seen on earth, none of them could rival those palaces.

In a dream, Tang Hao could see that he was taken to a room where in the room there stood a very beautiful girl. Tang Hao was shocked to see the girl, not because of her beauty but because of something that was on the woman's forehead exactly with the birthmark on her left arm, the blue lotus.

The girl ran towards Xiao and directly picked up Tang Hao then hugged him tightly. Tang Hao could see that the girl was crying and there was a deep longing in both of her eyes. The girl kissed Tang Hao's cheeks and forehead many times while stroking his hair.

"Hao'er this is mommy son, I'm sorry I just came to you right now because of some things that happened." Say the girl so hard.

"Look at Xiao gege, Hao'er is taking more from you than from me." Keep the girl still sober.

"Well in the future Hao'er will get into big trouble with that face if he's not good at covering it up." Reply to the person called Xiao while slowly tucking Tang Hao's hair.

Tang Hao immediately cried back then in his dream of never being treated all this time, yet he also quickly wiped away his tears because he knew that they were all just his dreams.

He realized that he who was asleep in Xiao's arms and considered that the young man was his father was something too excessive.

"Why are you Hao'er?"

Grandfather Lian's voice broke Tang Hao's daydream, he immediately wiped away the tears at the end of his eyes.

"What is this gravitational effect here?" Tang Hao asked slowly.

Grandpa Lian turned her head towards Tang Hao then nodded slowly.

"Are you feeling it now?" Grandpa Lian asked in disbelief as seeing Tang Hao still looked like normal. With a force of gravity ten times that of the outside world, a ten-year-old would be unable to speak. Yet Tang Hao looked relaxed, jumping, walking, running as if he did not feel burdened at all.

Tang Hao nodded.

"Yes cake, only this time I feel depressed like this. If in the previous domain I could jump higher than this, run faster than this. But when here my power as in the press can not come out the maximum." Clearly Tang Hao while demonstrating jumped and ran.

Grandpa Lian held her breath looking at Tang Hao's every behavior. He alone who had lived for hundreds of years in the Valley of Death still still could not have the running speed that Tang Hao showed.

"How fast would this child be if not in the Valley of Death. Inner grandfather Lian thought about Tang Hao's current strength despite still being at the realm of a two-star Elite or early stage silver swordsman.

Grandfather Lian and Tang Hao entered his residence and chatted there. Tang Hao could see that during the five years of his absence, the house they occupied was much better and the grandchildren looked new as well. Yet Tang Hao could see the aging face of Grandfather Lian, even Tang Hao only realized that grandfather Lian looked even more stooped than before. The lines of wrinkles had also filled Grandpa Lian's face.

Seeing this Tang Hao became sad, his heart ached a little at the thought that Lian's grandfather might leave him forever from this world. Thinking of that alone, Tang Hao was unable to withstand the turmoil in his chest.

"What's Tang Hao? Are you thinking of something?" Grandpa Lian who saw Tang Hao's strange gurgle reprimanded the boy. Ever since Tang Hao was cultivating, grandfather Lian could not guess what thoughts and attitudes he was thinking about. If the child was like a white paper with an open page, then now he is like the depths of an unknown ocean. That was how Grandpa Lian currently felt.

Tang Hao shook his head slowly then smiled sincerely towards grandfather Lian. "There's nothing grandfather, I just think about how short life is."

Grandfather Lian frowned upon hearing Tang Hao's reply.

"Then what do you want to do in the future if life is short?" Grandfather Lian opened a conversation with Tang Hao. The old man felt that Tang Hao was not a child like five years ago. She felt Tang Hao's thoughts were more mature.

Tang Hao paused for a moment thinking about grandfather Lian's question. He thought of his first life, even though he was still a teenager, but his experiences in two lives gave him a glimmer of hope.

He just felt that life is so precious, this life will feel more beautiful if we look from different glasses. A similar mountain will look different in people's view depending on which angle he or she is looking at.

Tang Hao thought about that in his contemplation as he began to know that his second life was a great opportunity he had longed for.

"I just want to live longer." Said Tang Hao steadily. He has now set his goal. A goal he thought noble and should defend.

Grandpa Lian raised her eyebrows unexpectedly Tang Hao's reply would be like that.

"If so you must become invincible in order for you to live eternally. It is power that determines your life." Reply to Grandpa Lian who understood Tang Hao's wishes.

"To be strong, you need a lot of time and endless hard work. Are you ready for all that?" Continue grandpa Lian.

"Of course I should be ready, Grandpa. Even if I had to destroy heaven for me to live longer, then I would have thrown it away. I won't let anyone stop me from living longer." Tang Hao replied firmly and with confidence. How could he not be sure, whereas he had a cultivation technique capable of destroying heaven.

Grandfather Lian smiled with satisfaction at Tang Hao's reply. She did feel that Tang Hao was a much different person than the Tang Hao she knew.

"Good, Grandpa likes your choice. But your path ahead will really be long and tiring. There are many powerful people in the world whose strength is unimaginable." Grandpa Lian exhaled.

"Grandfather can't be with you forever. Instead of forever, grandfather might only be able to train and accompany you for a few more years. Grandpa was feeling old grandfather soon. Suppose you had someone who really loved you." Grandfather Lian fell silent as he recalled his past while at the peak of strength. Unasked, Lian's grandfather began to tell Tang Hao about his past.
