The appearance of Bao Zi

“Tok! Geck! Tok!” there's a knock on the door.

“Tok! Geck! Tok!” there's a second knock.

“Tok! Geck! Tok!” Repeat the third beat.

“Wait a minute,” Li Yuan's voice sounded lazy from inside the guesthouse.

“Li Yuan, quickly get up and don't be lazy!” exclaimed Li Tong excitedly.

Li Yuan came out and after seeing Li Tong's face, he said, “What is my handsome brother, early in the morning has made a rowdy,” Li Yuan said with a smile.

“Come here!” take Li Tong with you while pulling Li Yuan's hand.

Both of them headed for a large rock where they could see the beautiful scenery as the vast sea. Li Yuan felt an overwhelming admiration for the sight. Last night, even though he was on top of the stone to cultivate, but the darkness of the night covered the beautiful scenery that was now clearly plastered before his eyes.

“Look! Very spacious and very beautiful,” said Li Tong who could not help his admiration.

As the sun began to shine, Li Yuan and Li Tong were approached by a senior disciple. A large eagle landed in the courtyard, where a senior disciple jumped from it.

“Good morning, senior,” said Li Tong and Li Yuan.

“Hmm.. How are you guys resting?” ask the senior disciple named Cheng Han.

“Our break was very good, we woke up early and then circled around this island,” Li Tong said excitedly.

“Oh, great. This morning you were awaited by the Sect Chief,” Cheng Han said as he handed over the typical uniform of the Laohu Sect.

“Good senior,” said Li Yuan along with Li Tong.

“You are quick to change clothes, after that we immediately rush.”

“Good senior,” then both retreat to change clothes.

Not so long ago, Li Yuan and Li Tong had already come out back in new sect uniforms. There was an indescribable joy on the faces of the two of them at this moment.

Cheng Han only glanced for a moment, then took the two new disciples towards the Sect Chief's private residence. They were not using the teleportation portal as before, but rather with a chunk of Silver Eagle, the three of them were going to head to the Sect Hall.

Not long after they flew, the silver eagle landed on the sect grounds. After landing perfectly, the three descended and headed straight into the main hall where the Chairman and the Elders used to gather.

Right now, Li Yuan and Li Tong arrived at the sect's main hall. “Greetings to the Sect Chief and the Elders,” Cheng Han said respectfully followed by Li Yuan and Li Tong.

Li Yuan sensed that there was a person with a majestic aura who was sitting on an oversized chair, as well as five people with a level of strength underneath.

Patriarch Bao Xiong looked at Li Yuan and Li Tong. After a moment of silence, he said, “Hmm.. Did you two get the recommendation from Elder Bao Zi?” asked the Patriarch with a slight let out a suppressing aura.

Li Tong started to fidget as a result of the aura pressure from the Patriarch. Seeing that, Li Yuan remained calm. The patriarch then increased his pressure, to the limit of the celestial swordsman. However, Li Yuan could still control himself, and Li Tong slumped and became unconscious.

Li Yuan worried about Li Tong and senior Cheng Han. As a saint-level swordsman, Patriarch Bao Xiong had an aura-shaped mental ability. Unknowingly Patriarch Bao Xiong increasingly let go of his aura, so Cheng Han followed in Li Tong's footsteps, slumping and unconscious.

Li Yuan was still standing quietly, his breathing was stable and his face also looked ordinary. He sent out a defensive wave to protect the three of them.

Patriarch Bao Xiong's eyeballs moved up and down watching the scene in front of him. Even the five Elders had started to feel a great pressure squeezing their bodies, like being hit by a mountain. The atmosphere of the hall became warm and turned into heat in an instant.

However, suddenly a sound was heard from a long distance away, “Stop! Stupidhead! Do you want to kill my student!” An old man appeared giving off an aura of protection for Li Yuan.

Aware of his exaggerated attitude, Patriarch Bao Xiong immediately retracted his aura. Li Yuan still regained his senses and looked at Grandpa Baozi who was nearby.

"Greetings, Elder Bao Zi," said the five elders while bowing.

"Greetings, Brother Zi," replied Patriarch Bao Xiong.

"Are you crazy to let two of my students get hurt?" bao Zi asked in a high tone.

"I'm sorry, brother. This is just to test two new disciples in this sect,” said the Patriarch with some regret.

"What did you say?" bao Zi.

"How could you possibly test a disciple with an aura that could potentially kill him?" continued Bao Zi with a high tone.

"I..Here," replied Patriarch Bao Xiong stuttered.

Just now he realized he was overdoing it.

"I'm sorry" he said, apologizing.

Meanwhile, the five elders present felt they could do nothing. They also learned that Patriarch Bao Xiong's actions were already excessive.

A senior disciple was unconscious, yet why did this new disciple seem ordinary? Though the elders saw that the strength of the new disciple was only at the Second Qi Refining Stage and another was still at the Seventh Qi Refining stage.
