THE LEGEND OF YIN
4.A WELCOME TO XIAN SU

While inside Yin Hao's residence. Xian Su was amazed by the interior of the house. Although from the outside it looks small and simple, it turns out the inside is quite spacious and there are some antiques.

"Well, this house is so antique.."

"Thank you for the compliment, miss. Come here, we eat together. I've been cooking food."Ling Qian said from the direction of the dining room.

Xian Su felt a little doubtful, he turned to Yin Hao. The young man only nodded as a gesture for Xian Su to accept his teacher's invitation.

"Go first. I'll put this medicinal plant into the warehouse, after which I'll catch up."

Xian Su only gave a hug despite still feeling a little doubt due to his not-so-pleasant-looking appearance.

Meanwhile Yin Hao walked away to the warehouse to store the medicinal herbs he collected, as well as making medicinal herbs for his teacher.

"Why are you standing there, miss ? Come here, "See Ling Qian from the kitchen.

Although feeling a little afraid mixed with doubt because he had heard the cruelty of the woman from Yin Hao. Inevitably Xian Su walked towards the kitchen because he was unwilling to let teacher Yin Hao feel disappointed.

"My name is Xian Su aunt,"

"Don't call me aunt, do I look that old ? Just call me brother,"

Xian Su just nodded then began to call Ling Qian big brother because Ling Qian did look young and her face was also very beautiful.

"You're so pretty, how old are you, brother ?"

Ling Qian chuckled softly as she felt embarrassed when talking about age.

"I'm sorry, I feel a little embarrassed to be asked such a thing. But would you believe that I'm a million years old ?"

Xian Su shook his head. Because anyone who saw Ling Qian, must have thought that she was still a 25-year-old girl.

If he was in the Heavenly world. Ling Qian was already included as the oldest goddess.

"I thought you wouldn't believe it. Then where's Ho'er ?"

"He went to the warehouse to store medicinal plants,"

"Then how did you two meet ?"

"Regarding that.."

Xian Su recounted his encounter with Yin Hao this afternoon, as well as recounting the state of his village which was being hit by chickenpox. Ling Qian who heard the story only shook her head in sympathy.

"Thank you Ho'er,"

Yin Hao simply nodded. Then sitting on a chair that was located quite far away from the others, made Xian Su feel astonished to see it.

"Don't misunderstand me. He likes to be alone."

Ling Qian nodded in understanding after being explained by Ling Qian.

"Ho'er, I've heard stories from Xian Su that his village is suffering from chickenpox. Why don't you come down to see it for yourself and treat them ?"

Yin Hao folded his hands in front of his chest, feeling uninterested in doing what his teacher said.

"I'm not a physician. I have taught the girl how to make antidote."

Seeing Yin Hao's cold-impressed demeanor, Ling Qian felt unwell towards Xian Su.

"I'm sorry. He was actually a good boy, yet he didn't like being ordered and moving in his own way."

Xian Su smiled awkwardly, "It's okay brother, I understand."

"Then, let's enjoy the food."Ling Qian said.

They also eat together while telling stories with light topics so that the atmosphere is not quiet.

After he finished eating, Ling Qing had already fallen asleep with his head leaning against the table due to the effects of the medicinal herbs he was drinking that could cause excessive drowsiness.

Yin Hao carried his teacher's body, planning to take him to the room. But before that Yin Hao told Xian Su that he could use his room for the night.

"If I use your room, then where do you sleep ?"Xian Su asked, feeling a little worried.

"Just calm. Inside the shed is an unused mattress, I'll sleep there."

Xian Su just kept quiet and nodded slightly, even though Yin Hao went to his room.

After that Yin Hao escorted his teacher to his room.

Feeling quite tired, Yin Hao rushed to the warehouse beside his house, then rested on the old mattress that was there.

Xian Su was seen resting on Yin Hao's bed. He only thought about why Yin Hao and Ling Qian were so kind, even to strangers like him.

Not only good, Xian Su also felt that the two people were very considerate and never looked at her disgust because of her unsightly appearance.

'It turns out that in this place there are humans who are as good as them. If I could, I hope all the humans in this world have the same nature as the two of them ? Isn't it beautiful ??'Xian Su muttered.

The scent of the mattress that was similar to the scent of sandalwood on Yin Hao's body and the sound of crickets outside made Xian Su feel comfortable until he finally fell into a deep sleep.
