Buk -
Soo Hyun who grimaced in pain as her body hit the floor made her come to a realization and held onto her left arm which felt so painful.
"Oh," moaned Soo Hyun who was in pain from falling from the top of her bed.
Fear, worry, and confusion filled his feelings. His chest felt tight as if he had forgotten how to breathe, tears could not be held back and began to flow without permission. I don't know why she wanted to cry so much at that moment.
"GRAND .. " Soo Hyun cried out in his tears.
Min Kyu who happened to have just come out of his room heard the voice of his sister calling out to him, he felt anxious and started running towards his sister's room. He opened the door of Soo Hyun's room and his eyes immediately found the figure of the little girl sitting on the floor crying.
"Soo Hyun, why are you crying?" Min Kyu asks while helping Soo Hyun to sit on the edge of the bed.
"Sister, hiks," Soo Hyun continued to cry holding her voice, she really did not know what to say with her chaotic feelings.
"Calm down, big brother here" said Min Kyu hugging Soo Hyun to make her feel calmer.
"I'm afraid sister, hyks," Soo Hyun murmured along with her still hard crying.
"Everything is fine, be calm" said Min Kyu, tightening his arms in fear that he did not know what was happening.
After the atmosphere became calmer, Min Kyu took a glass of water from the top of Soo Hyun's bedside.
"What's wrong? Why are you sleeping downstairs?" Min Kyu asked in surprise while giving Soo Hyun a glass of water to drink.
"Sister didn't see me fall, instead of sleeping downstairs," Soo Hyun said upsetly and grabbed a glass of water her brother gave her.
"Sister didn't see if you fell, so why did it fall? You dream of being chased by a crocodile?" min Kyu asked withstanding her laughter.
"It's not funny, I'm dreaming and it's very strange and creepy" Soo Hyun said, hugging Min Kyu's arm.
"Like watching horror movies, but afraid of the same dream itself," replied Min Kyu then laughed crisply.
"It's not spooky because of the ghost but the sword, it's like real. I touched the dewy grass and I could feel it. I thought you were pranking me, it was just a dream and it was similar to the situation in the painting" he said pointing to a large painting on the wall of his room.
Min Kyu looked at where Soo Hyun's hand was headed, "It was just a dream, you must be tired, better rest again," said Min Kyu who still glanced at the painting.
"Fear," Soo Hyun said softly, hugging Min Kyu's arm.
"Yes yes, brother will be here until you sleep, now sleep," said Min Kyu hugging his sister.
"Yes," Soo Hyun replied then lying on the bed and began to close her eyes.
Min Kyu looked at his sister's face, a feeling of calm and joy there. Suddenly he remembered the words his sister had just about the dream associated with the painting.
"That dream," muttered Min Kyu glancing at the painting beside Soo Hyun's wardrobe.
"Soo Hyun must have looked at the painting before going to bed, which is why he could see it in a dream" Min Kyu thought as he fixed his sister's blanket and returned to his room.
"I forgot I wanted to go to the bathroom!"
two days later -
"Close the painting tightly, there is no gap at all" said Min Kyu as he walked towards the painting that was covered with wood.
His eyes did not look at the painting, looking for a gap to immediately cover it. Her feelings began to get strange since hearing Soo Hyun's remarks that night and it made her think to close the painting because it could not be moved from the room from the beginning.
This house is a relic belonging to their grandparents, the painting was there from the beginning. A few years after Min Kyu's parents moved here when Min Kyu was 6 years old, they thought about moving the painting.
But the next day, the painting returned to where it had been. Little Min Kyu thought it might be his grandfather or grandmother who returned the painting to its place.
But at dinner and Min Kyu asked that, his grandfather said that since ancient times this house continues to be renovated but the location of the painting never changes. Each painting was moved to another place, it would go back to the beginning.
That is why the painting has never been moved anywhere else since the beginning.
the first floor -
"I'm home" shouted a brunette girl with a slight bump.
However, there was no answer from anyone for his words. His steps came to a halt, his eyes glancing back and forth as both of his ears caught the noise that was faintly heard by him.
He thought the sound was coming from above and he started running small towards the second floor. The closer he got, the clearer the voice sounded and his eyes caught the figure of the man he recognized.
"Wait, why is the painting on such a big wooden lid?" Soo Hyun asked confusedly.
"I just want to cover it up, it's also not good to look at" Min Kyu said without seeing Soo Hyun.
"But it looks really good, open it again huh," Soo Hyun said pleading with Min Kyu.
"No, you're a girl why you like that, look for other more feminine paintings" Min Kyu told Soo Hyun with a smile.
"Sister, I like the painting, it's the first painting I've seen since I was a child, it's open again" Soo Hyun said.
"Find another painting dear" said Min Kyu gently.
"If you're done please go to the first floor, we have prepared food and drinks for you, too" he continued.
"Thank you young master" replied the 3 (three) people.
the first floor -
"Is there a lot of this show?" Jin Young asked who had just come in her school uniform.
"Let's join," pinta Min Kyu.
"Of course," Jin Young replied happily.
- Night -
Soo Hyun was engrossed in her schoolwork, occasionally biting the tip of her pen. While being engrossed in his own thoughts, suddenly the door of his room was opened by someone.
"Borrow a book, yes" Jin Young said as he walked up to Soo Hyun and it was enough to make Soo Hyun shocked at the presence of Jin Young who was not excused to enter his room.
"Next time knock the door first, do not just play in and out" said Soo Hyun annoyed.
"Together, borrow this book first" Jin Young said, glancing at the large wood on Soo Hyun's bedroom wall.
"Wait, is that why there's such a big wood? That's the painting place, right?" Jin Young asked confusedly as he walked over to the wooden box that covered the painting.
"Obviously, Min Kyu" Soo Hyun said without seeing Jin Young and was still focused on her own activities.
"But why is this the same painting? This must have been the work of the people this afternoon," said Jin Young checking around the painting box.
"Don't know brother, instead of being moved but being covered with walls" Soo Hyun glanced at the painting box.
"When it's a good painting, why don't you just give me the painting" Jin Young said back to the door.
"Borrow first yes," continued Jin Young who was only replied by a nod by Soo Hyun.
