The son interrupted Jaeden's wrath at Accursio with two shots fired from his pistol, into the heads of two of Jaeden's men who were seen slipping to escape.

Then the eyes of the Son again looked at Jaeden and snarled cynically. “Seems that you love that woman (It looks like you love that woman ), heh,” cynical Son. “But how could you ever dare to disturb Madelaine (But can – usually you dare to disturb Madelaine )”
