Karen pointed at her eyes with her two index fingers and her middle finger and then pointed at Lorent's eyes. And everyone knows it means 'I watch over you'.

After Karen feeds Cessa again, Cessa searches for the whereabouts of the other spoon or whatever else is on the table but she doesn't find it.
