CHAPTER 14 - MB 3

Altheo, just fulfilled the call of the authorities regarding the drug smuggling case in Ryu's Pharmaceutical company.

In the courtyard of the police station, Altheo had a conversation with Kitaro, after he finished rushing to meet his client who had been waiting for ten minutes in a building as promised. They're gonna talk about working together to take care of drug rehab.

Arriving in front of the building he was heading to, Altheo got out of the car and rushed into the building and greeted a man in a black suit and spoke to Altheo for a moment.

After a while they spoke, Altheo rushed towards the elevator towards the third floor of the building. Shortly after, Altheo got out of the elevator and walked leisurely towards the hallway of the third floor building.

In between his steps, Altheo felt that someone was following his steps. Altheo turned his steps towards the right aisle.

Sure enough, two gunmen searched Altheo's footsteps. The two men walked towards the hallway to the right and then climbed the stairs to the roof of the building.

GREEPP

From behind, Altheo curled the neck of one of the men carrying a firearm.

At the same time, another man came and put a gun to Altheo's temple.

"Government, Alexa?" asked Altheo calmly

"Maybe" the man replied.

"What do you want?" ask Altheo again.

"Give us the package" said the man again.

Altheo pulled his hand from the man's neck and turned his gaze to the man beside him with the firearm still attached to his temple.

"You want that package?" altheo asked, with a fist punching the man's face back.

Altheo flicked his own hand as his punch was too tight. The other man attached the tip of the firearm to Altheo's head.

As fast as lightning Altheo turned back and hit the man's hand, until his firearm bounced, then kicked the man's stomach to fall down.

Just as the third man was about to shoot Altheo in the back, someone from behind hit the man in the head with a stick.

Seeing them run away, Altheo chased him outside the building, then Altheo got into the car and chased after those who were riding motorcycles.

Altheo did not allow the attackers to escape, so Altheo had to chase them down the residential street.

When Altheo started to fall far behind, he almost hit a girl who was about to cross the road. Altheo immediately stepped on the brakes and his eyes were fixed on the girl who hit her car while swearing.

"Selena?" altheo said softly, then he rushed out of the car to approach the girl.

"You, aren't you Selena?" altheo asked looking at Selena.

Selena was silent for a moment, her eyes perfectly rounded staring at ALtheo's face. Without answering anything he immediately ran away from Altheo.

"Hey!!"

Selena only glanced at Altheo, then ran fast and lost her sight.

"Why did he run away like a frightened man?" muttered Altheo while sighing deeply, he again remembered the three men who attacked him earlier. Then Altheo went back into the car and drove it through the residential area.

Because of Gara Selena, Altheo lost track of the three men, then he decided to return to the meeting hall.

However, in front of a cafe, Altheo slowed down his car when he saw GEnzo coming out with a woman from inside the cafe.

"Who's that woman, I think I've seen her before but where?" ask Altheo inwardly.

Genzo, unaware of his first son's presence, talks to Alexa before they get into the car.

"They don't know you, if they know your background can lead to misunderstandings, let me talk to my son" Genzo said.

"If you need help, let me approach your daughter's son in my own way" Alexa replied.

"No, don't go see my kids just give me time to talk to them." Genzo Legs.

Alexa nodded her head, but unbeknownst to Genzo, she smiled meaningfully and her head filled with plans.
