Eps. 57 Call of Trial
The next day Renata was in a religious court to fulfill a divorce subpoena. He came alone with his lawyer and waited for the trial to begin.
The woman waited anxiously as another hour of the trial was about to begin.
“Hopefully Andre came and did not defer from the subpoena.”batin Renata who was a little anxious.
An hour passed and the trial began but Andre had not been seen coming to court. And the trial was in retreat for thirty minutes to wait for Andre to come.
“tap... tap... tap....”sound of footsteps enter the court.
Renata looked back and saw Andre enter the room then sitting next to him.
The trial begins immediately. The judge read out the lawsuit filed by Renata to Andre with an affair case.
“Brother Andre... is it true you cheated on ?”the judge looked at Andre.
“Sorry the accusation was not true and it was just a misunderstanding.”ucap Andre denied the allegations levelled at him.
“Doubt... My husband was really having an affair and I have proof.”Cap Renata refuted Andre's answer.
Renata then went ahead and handed the evidence in the form of photos of his affair with Rianty to the judge.
The judge looked at and examined the photographs of Renata's handouts which were original photographs rather than edits.
“Brother Andre your rebuttal was rejected. The evidence of this photo is strong which shows your close relationship with other women.”Cap the judge looked at Andre while showing evidence to him.
Andre was silent and could not deny it anymore. He was looking for a way to get the divorce annulled.
“Hakim... objection.. I also saw Renata go with another man. Can't it be said cheating ?”said Andre turned things around and reported the activities his wife did as long as she was not at home.
“What.... who am I cheating with ? I've never been out with a man..!”said Renata turned his head to the side staring at Andre because the man was slandering him.
“Do you have proof brother Andre... ?”the judge mediated the two.
Andre seemed confused when the judge asked for evidence from him because he was only the origin of speech to win the trial.
“On the evidence that the judge asked me not to have it now, but I will immediately find the evidence and submit it to the judge.” replied Andre who can still be thorough.
It turned out that Andre's statement gave the judge time to rethink and resolve their own issues before a final decision was taken.
“Saudari Renata.. Brother Andre we give the two of you time to solve household problems well first. Two more days you'll be back here.”pap the judge ended the hearing and knocked the hammer.
“What... ?!” renata said he was surprised to hear the judge's ruling that gave him time to discuss resolving their issues properly.
Renata settled Andre in annoyance and he immediately stood up and walked out of the room.
Looking at Renata who was exiting the room, Andre stood up and followed her out.
“Renata wait !”andre walked quickly. But Renata did not look at all let alone answer it and continued walking.
Andre is forced to pull Renata's hand to stop her.
“Release !”shouted Renata trying to take her hand off Andre. But Andre did not release Renata's date and increasingly tightened his hold.
“Renata I ask you to suspend this divorce. We can talk everything out.”ucap Andre forced Renata.
“Talk carefully... ? What to talk about ? Everything is so clear. I told you I don't want to live with you anymore !”renata.
“But this is just a small matter and you shouldn't have to take it all the way to court.. !”.reply Andre who insisted not want a divorce from him.
Renata was at a loss for words and he raised another hand and slapped Andre in the face. Andre held Renata's hand again.
From a distance Alden accidentally flashed in front of them. He looked at Renata who was staring at a man with anger and helplessness.
“broom..”Andre drove his bike towards the two of them.
Andre got out of the car and immediately approached Andre then pulled him and pushed his body to hit the wall.
“You okay ?” alden asked Renata after approaching him.
“Yes I'm fine thanks for helping me.” Renata replied with a smile looking at Alden.
Alden then turned to look at Andre with a sharp gaze.
“Hey you... ! if I see you bothering this woman again I won't be so rude to you anymore !”alden said giving a warning to Andre.
Renata leaves with Alden and stops in front of their car to have a quick conversation.
While Andre stood up then observed from afar and had an idea after seeing Alden that he would be able to make evidence of Renata's affair.
Andre smiled broadly at the sight of two cars going from there in unison.
