Suddenly the door of the treatment room opened and it seemed that two nurses came while each carrying a tray containing food and drinks made the four in unison instantly speechless.

"Sorry Mister - Mister and Madam - Madam," said one of the nurses as he walked towards them.

Daddy David and Daka received the tray and placed it on the table while the two nurses left.

"Daddy will bribe Mommy first later Daddy eat in the cafeteria," said Daddy David while taking a plate to feed his wife.

"Let Mommy eat her own Dad" said Mommy Karen.

"No, let Daddy feed Mommy" said Daddy David.

Daddy David starts to feed Mommy Karen while Daka who sees what Daddy David is doing makes Daka follow him. Fifteen minutes later, Mommy Karen and Venisa had finished eating and drinking.

"Daddy and Daka will eat in the cafeteria first,

Mommy and Venisa it's okay if we stay?" ask Daddy David who spoke two eyes to Daka.

"It's okay Dad," replied Mommy Karen and Venisa in unison.

Daddy David and Daka each kissed his wife's forehead and left them alone.

"Venisa," called Mommy Karen while getting out of bed and sat down and looked at her daughter-in-law's pretty face.

"Yes Mom" replied Venisa, getting out of bed and sitting and looking at her pretty face.

"Mommy just wants to know, did you know that your twin brother set you up on purpose until you and my son had a marital relationship?" ask Mommy Karen.

"Venisa already knows Mom from Daka's sister," replied Venisa with a sad face because with a stand her twin framed her.

"Mommy knows for sure you are very disappointed with your twin brother for having the heart to trap you but behind it all you find your soul mate who sincerely loves you," said Mommy Karen.

"True Mommy said, Venisa is very grateful to be married to sister Daka and added to have Mommy and Daddy who are very sincere about loving Venisa," said Venisa while smiling happily.

"If our child is born, I will love our twins without discriminating" Venisa said, caressing her flat stomach.

"If you may know, why are your parents different? Since when did that happen?" ask Mommy Karen curiously.

"Since we attended first grade elementary school the grades were very good whereas Veni did not make it to two parents we always praised me while Veni was always said to be bod*h," Venisa said.

"Veni can only shut up and cry while I can't bear to see my twin sister sad to help my twin sister by changing names" said Venisa.

"Change names how ?" mommy Karen asked in a confused tone.

"When I wrote the name Veni while Veni wrote the name of Venisa" answered Venisa.

"Why don't you teach her twin sister to learn? Then is it not found out?" ask Mommy Karen curiously.
