"Are you a Shenaa?" ask the man with a heavy voice.
"Yes sir." replied Shenaa quietly.
"Sway my son! your caste and our caste are different." pinta Beni.
"Who's the father?" shenaa asked not understanding.
"Alan...! stay away from my son while I ask you carefully." Beni stressed once again.
Shenaa was speechless, her face pias. "Sorry sir, we're just friends" Shenaa said.
"Even I didn't expect you and Alan to have more relationships. You're friends with her I've taken for granted." Beni's mumbling pierced Shenaa's heart. This sick man became a poor man who continues to be humiliated even more so he is an orphan. "If you don't grant my request, I'll make sure your life suffers." threatened Beni then got up from her seat and turned around.
Beni began to step her foot towards the exit, "Wait sir....!" Shenaa stopped Beni's steps.
Beni turned her around, "What's up?" her question is flat.
"The face of the father is like no stranger to me" said Shenaa made Beni frown deeply.
"What do you mean? I've never known you before."
"No sir. Father's face is no stranger to me." said Shenaa once again while remembering.
Regardless of Shenaa who was still fixated on thinking, Beni and her men just left.Shenaa realized, the woman returned to the project with a feeling that she could not understand.
"Mbak Shenaa why?" ask the foreman "Kok daydreaming, there's a problem huh?"
"Nothing sir. If there's Alan looking I said I didn't work yes sir." pinta Shenaa then parted ways into the project.
Tonight it rained so hard, Shenaa again imagined Beni's face but he forgot who Beni was in the past. The woman spilled herself while staring at the ceiling of her room. Living alone in solitude without a single family or brother made Shenaa feel deeply sad. To just look at the portrait of her parents, Shenaa does not have any.
In the morning, the ground is still wet and drizzle still faithfully down to give coolness. Today Shenaa was determined to avoid Alan. True said Beni, they are different castes that do not deserve to be related.
"Sir, if there's Alan looking I say just busy." pinta Shenaa while handing over the market snack he just bought before leaving.
"Yes, ma'am."
The foreman just stared strangely at Shenaa, since yesterday the woman became a sage and did not want to be joked.
By noon, Alan and Dava arrive at the project. The first person they were looking for was Shenaa.
"Mbak Shenaa is busy sir." said the foreman a little scared.
"Don't lie to me" Alan said with a sharp eye. "What happened to Shenaa? since yesterday he's been avoiding me." Alan said.
"I don't know sir."
Alan sighed deeply, then returned to his car.
"Where's Shenaa?" ask Dava.
"So, since yesterday he's been avoiding me, even my phone calls and messages don't reply" Alan said.
"I'm sure there must be something that bothers Shenaa" said Dava made Alan immediately think but due to hungry stomach he could not think.
