Gwen saw Eugene's gaze still blank. It seemed that Eugene would not be able to feel anything even if he was seriously ill later on.

"Sorry, I just got home, dad" said Eugene limp.

"It's okay. I understand why you left when it was raining like this. You've been trying." said Gwen softly as she patted her son's shoulder.

"Clean your body and come to your mother's room. We'll talk a little." Gwen smiled faintly and left Eugene who was still standing at the door.

"Young Master, the hot water is ready" said the waiter.
