CHAPTERS 18. The Hundred Stairs Test

Wu Sheng who had awoken before sunrise saw the little animal that was given flesh by him was still beside him becoming confused.

"Hmmm, why is this animal still here? Did he not go where he was?" asked Wu sheng who had changed positions to sit with one leg on the bend.

Wu sheng who saw the sun had started to rise and appeared himself stood up and began to prepare to unlock the ancient ruins underground.

The sun that slowly rose upwards unwittingly illuminated the stone carving that had a slight hole in its center it pointed to a place on the ground.

Wu sheng who was curious about the land that was appointed by the stone carving was excited to see but the small animal that turned out to sleep beside wu sheng woke up and went to follow wu shen up to a hole big appeared in that sunlight.

"This is a secret hole towards those ancient ruins!" wu Sheng said involuntarily as he found a path illuminated by sunlight.

"Well, what are you doing here little animals? Why did you come in here? Come back! This is a dangerous place for you. I can't help protecting you!" said wu sheng who tried to tease the little animal.

"Gruuu...Gruu!" said the little animal under Wu sheng's feet with pleading eyes.

"Well! Do you want to come with me inside?" wu Sheng asked with a resigned facial expression after taking a long breath.

"Gruuuu!" replied the animal vigorously which made wu sheng realize the purpose of the animal staying with him all night.

"Alright if you really want to come with me but you can't be far from me and I'll call you Gruxio because you always talk by calling Gruu! Do you like the name I gave you?" wu sheng asked as he lifted Gruxiao beside his feet.

"Gruuu!" said Gruxiao with a face that looks happy especially when raised by wu sheng.

"I assume you like the name I gave you and from now on we are traveling companions!" wu sheng said with a happy smile then placed the little animal inside his shirt which turned out to be two layers.

Wu Sheng who was curious about the end of the passageway in front of him also decided to continue walking inside.

Wu Sheng who continued walking did not expect that Gruxiao could feel the danger that suddenly appeared not knowing where it came from.

wu sheng who was curious about something behind the wall also tried to find out by listening to the difference in sound between all the walls.

"Hmmm, the sound produced from behind this wall is very different. Retreat Gruxiao! I'm gonna break that wall!" wu Sheng said with a serious facial expression.

Wu sheng who had poured all his strength into his hands then struck the wall that Gruxiao had pointed at with all his strength.

Gruxiao who was interested in the Eater tried to get closer and get the Fire but before Gruxiao managed to get close the Fire Eater suddenly came out of his place and wanted to burn Gruxiao but luckily Gruxiao managed to escape after wu sheng's.

"You are a greedy animal! I hope that after this incident you can be more patient and careful!" said Wu sheng who gripped the neck of the gruxiao with an annoyed facial expression.

Wu sheng who looked around to find out how to get the Fire Eater also saw another Stone Sculpture inside so without a second thought stood up and read the Stone Sculpture.

"Hmmm, here it is said that only the one who managed to escape can take the Fire Eater!" wu Sheng said with a serious face.

"If it's like that then I have to pass the test!" wu Sheng said with a strong determination and a keen eye.

"If you fail then you won't get my inheritance. You will be kicked out of this place and my legacy will disappear!" said the man with a serious facial expression with a sharp eye.

Wu sheng who heard that also strengthened his resolve and realized that what happened to his teacher's story in the past.
