Athanaxius looked at the room that seemed familiar to him. When he really saw, it turned out that he was in Devita's room in Manor.

A flash of memory appears in his head where he attacks Devita and gets King Monachus killed. Athanaxius raised both his hands while looking at him blankly.

"What am I doing? I'm back to killing?" A single tear of regret fell onto his palm.

'It wasn't you who did it, but I.' The red-eyed man who was in his mind said, 'I don't want to kill either, but an order drives me out of control and eventually overwhelms you.'

"Damn it!" Athanaxius's hands were clenched.

'You must eliminate me in order to be freed from the Dryas who control you.'

Athanaxius never thought that Kayanaka would ally with Queen Amanita. It is fitting that the woman is fine when she looks into his eyes, because it turns out to have help from Queen Amanita that makes her get this curse.

"How do you sleep, Athanaxius?"

Athanaxius was surprised to see the figure of Queen Amanita who stood not far from him with Kayanaka.

The Hylobates Emperor was in a state of anxiety as many of the territories under his rule were attacked by monsters. Not only that, he also heard the news that the Alhena Empire had been brought down by someone who he said was the Dryas.

"Can't! I can't run from my responsibilities, Bardas!" Bardas' remarks scratched the Emperor's pride as a figure of leader.

Bardas sighed, "Only that way to keep you and your family safe is also for the future of this Empire."

"Then what about the people going forward? There would be no emperor without a people!" Emperor Hylobates stood up from his seat, "Do the same as Syracuse, gather the people in a place that is still safe from monster attacks and then protect them!"

"Okay, Your Majesty ..." Bardas obeyed Emperor Hylobates.

In the blink of an eye Emperor Hylobates was now alone in his study. But not long heard the sound of quarrel from the throne room which was in front of his study.

"Did something happen?" Emperor Hylobates went out to check.

Entering his throne room, the Emperor was surprised to see the figure of Athanaxius who was attacking his own brothers and was seriously injured.

"YOU DON'T COME HERE!" Hydrasa shouted loudly in commemoration of the Emperor.

Not yet had the surprise lost, Emperor Hylobates bounced to hit the lion statue in the room.

"Hahaha, look at that, Athanaxius! Don't you want to know how you got that curse that's been tormented all this time?"

Athanaxius walked closer to where his mother was, and the magic controlling Queen Amanita was lost.

"Athan hicks ..." For the first time his mother called his name while looking into his eyes, it was a pity that the curse was also the one that reacted.

"Say! Why did I get this curse!!" Athanaxius pressed down on the neck of concubine Airith. Nevertheless, Athanaxius also tried to suppress his curse so as not to kill his own mother.

"The curse i-it's because of d-he!" Concubine Airith pointed at Queen Amanita who was grinning towards her.

Athanaxius removed his hand from his mother's neck. He wanted to hear an explanation from his mother.

"That's enough! You have to do your job, Athan!" Queen Amanita again casts the controlling magic on Athanaxius.

Athanaxius was startled as his body suddenly felt an overwhelming heat as if burning him alive.

"ARGHYO!!" Athanaxius shouted loudly feeling the pain that tormented him so much.

"ATHANAXIUS, YOU HAVE TO FIGHT HIM! DON'T SUBMIT TO HIM!! MOTHER PLEASE .. hiks ... MOTHER LOVES YOU!"

Athanaxius felt the controlling magic and something inside his body fighting each other.

Queen Amanita was astonished that her magic would not make Athanaxius return, so she continued to cast controlling magic towards Athanaxius.

The small opportunity was used by Emperor Hylobates to call Bardas here to help those who were desperate.

The controlling magic of Queen Amanita managed to make Athanaxius again affected and make Queen Amanita laugh loudly.

"Kill them, Athan!"

Athanaxius then attacked his brothers first with his magic sword and managed to hit Salamandra's heart first and then hit Lorius' heart.

"DON'T!!!" Emperor Hylobates shouted loudly when he saw Athanaxius attacking his children with a sword.

Just before Athanaxius' magic sword hit Hydrasa and Panthera, Bardas came and blocked the sword with his power.

"What are you doing, Prince!" Bardas was angry with Athanaxius.

"Just teach them a lesson, am I wrong?" Athanaxius smiled in a slant.

Bardas knew that Athanaxius was being controlled by Queen Amanita, so he repelled Athanaxius' attack and directed it at Queen Amanita.

As a result, Queen Amanita managed to bounce as well as Athanaxius. Bardas then used it to take away the Emperor Hylobates, Consort Airith, Hydrasa and Panthera who were still safe with the power of teleportation to the place he had secured.

Athanaxius's attack led to the death of Prince Salamandra, Prince Lorius and Empress Spizalica.
