Carlos has returned to the front of the operating room with the condition of one arm wrapped in bandages. He stopped his steps when he saw Dante, Hana, and Dom were already there.

Tom and Jery come to the hospital and look for Carlos' whereabouts. They found Carlos in front of the operating room.

Carlos went and asked his men to stay away from his wife's family. He wants to have a six-eye talk with Tom and Jery.

The two nurses continued to push the patient ward towards this VIP nursery.
