"Sir Ziva, Brother Ziva wakes up, sister," call Xena trying to wake Ziva who never shows movement. In fact, Xena had long tried to wake her sister up.
Intentions want to immediately act to persuade the Brother to seek treatment. However, Xena was even presented with a view where Ziva was drooping with his eyes closed.

"Stay there," said Dr. Adit with a gasp for running out of the hospital and into an ambulance that was always ready.
"Hurry Doctor! I'm afraid something happened to Brother Ziva!" Xena answered more urgently.
"I'm on my way there. You calm down," the call was cut off right then and there. Xena sat down on the bed. Still trying to hit soft shoulder Ziva who never responded.
Regret and compassion now approached Xena's heart. During this time, she had already troubled Ziva too much, Xena did not understand how Ziva could hide his pain all this time. In fact, he always looked fine like a healthy person in general.
It never occurred to Xena that Ziva had a deadly disease. If he had known all this time, Xena would not have been so bad to Ziva who had always been kind to him.

"Come with me," Xena answered again running to get into Ziva's room, Doctor Adit tailed behind Xena.
Arriving in the narrow and stuffy room, Doctor Adit instantly lifted the thin body of Ziva, with running he brought Ziva into the ambulance. Xena also came back to the hospital to accompany the Brother.
In the ambulance, Dr. Adit immediately acted and checked on Ziva. Pairing the infusion hose and other things. "How, Doctor? Brother Ziva is fine, isn't he?" ask Xena.
"For that can not be ascertained, you just pray," replied the doctor issued an injection needle filled with insulin fluid. Without saying much, Dr. Adit quickly uncovers Ziva's shirt, then injects the insulin liquid into Ziva's stomach very carefully.
After the injection, Adit Doctor again monitor the infusion fluid. Not long after, Ziva also majestically blinked his eyes slowly.
"Sister Ziva, thank God you finally came to your senses as well. I'm sorry Brother Ziva," crying Xena felt guilty and sorry because his attitude all this time must have made Ziva suffer.
