162. Hu Liena fell unconscious.

"I'm fine, Prince." Hu Liena replied as she flicked her sleeves.

Li Junjie attentively led Hu Liena back down the stage where Xiulin's sentence was held.

He did not want to, if suddenly Xiulin got back up and attacked his future wife.

"Let me take a close look, Your Majesty!" Hu Liena suddenly stood up and asked the Emperor for approval to look at Xiulin's body.

There was Prince Li Junjie who accompanied him, because he feared for the safety of his future wife.

"Hows it? Is he really dead?" li Junjie asked shortly after Hu Liena checked Xiulin's pulse.

"The Palace Master said rightly, My brother passed away a while ago." Hu Liena replied as she looked at Xiulin's already lifeless face.

At a glance, the shadows of his past appeared in Hu Liena's mind. The shadow when he was still in his first life, when a face similar to Xiulin, that of Qiang Yue appeared when he was about to be pushed into the abyss.

Not only the two of them, Hu Boqin and also Emperor Li Jinhai, looked riled up following Li Junjie who was running while carrying Hu Liena towards his room according to Physician Hong's orders.

"Tabib, please save my future wife!" pinta Li Junjie with teary eyes.

Physician Hong deftly, then checked Hu Liena's pulse. And when he put his hand on Hu Liena's wrist, how shocked was Physician Hong, as his pulse was weakening.

"What's wrong? Did something bad happen to my daughter?" hu Boqin asked worriedly.

Physician Hong could not open his mouth, he was as worried as everyone who was there.

"Prince, can you ask everyone to leave the room?" whispered Physician Hong who was instantly able to by Li Junjie even though he also felt astonished by his decision.

"All of you, please just wait outside" said Li Junjie who had already opened the door wide.

"Pa- ..," Hu Boqin tried to resist, but Emperor Li Jinhai immediately stopped his intention.

"Come, we're all out!" the Emperor was followed by those who were there. Including Hu Boqin, who unwillingly left the room where her daughter lay.
