Chapter 7

Aubriella went into the guest room away from her room, she locked the door.

Aubriella's body slid to the floor, she bent her knees and hid her head there crying.

'This is the fear that I felt from yesterday, ' Aubriella's inner self.

After the debate Baxter finally left the parents, sister and also the woman who claimed to be pregnant with his child.

The man wanted to catch up with his wife and explain everything.

"How should I explain this matter to Mr. Abraham" Silas said in frustration.

"If she finds out about this, she will definitely take Aubriella away" he said, rubbing her face rough.

"And this problem will get even more complicated" he continued.

"Are we just hiding this matter?" elizabeth's Proposal.

"That is impossible, sooner or later the Lord Abraham will know" Silas replied.

Sara, the woman who claimed to be pregnant with Baxter's child could only bow her head.

"Sorry ... It's all because of my mistake, if only I hadn't come here and stayed home until I gave birth this wouldn't have happened to you guys" said slowly and sobbing.

Meggy looked at the woman and her big belly, not knowing what was on her mind to look at Sara as if she was looking at something.

"It's all because of your mistake, if you hadn't come here all these things wouldn't have come up" Meggy said.

"MEGGY!" snapped Silas.

"Don't blame others for your brother's mistakes, if your brother hadn't done this careless thing wouldn't have happened either" he said, staring intently at his daughter.

Because he could not bear to see the woman who had been crying, Meggy finally left in front of the three people.

Meanwhile, Baxter opened the door to his room. However, he did not find the whereabouts of the wife there, he opened the bathroom and walked in closet but there was no sign of Aubriella being there.

Finally Baxter came out of the room and searched the whole room, he opened the door one by one. But, still did not find Aubriella.

His chest started to rumble feeling the fear that was engulfing him.

Until he was at the very end of the door, Baxter tried to open it. But the door was locked from the inside.

He knew his wife was in there, Baxter kept knocking on the door and hoping Aubriella would open it.

"Honey open up, let's talk in our room ... I'll explain everything and answer every question that comes out of your mouth" Baxter said.

"Or do you want to hit me and vent all your anger on me? I will accept it with pleasure" Baxter said in a soft-sounding tone.

"Honey ..." call Baxter.

"You know? What if I love you so much? I wouldn't have possibly betrayed you" he said.

Meanwhile in the room, Aubriella still continued to cry, even her cries grew more and more bitter when she heard the voice of her husband.

He didn't want to see Baxter's face for now.

Aubriella stood up and walked towards the bed, she threw down her body and covered her entire body with a blanket.

For now he just wants to sleep and forget everything, hoping that when he wakes up tomorrow everything is a dream.

Baxter continued to knock on the door in the hope that his wife would open it.

"Honey. If you don't want to open the door, I'm gonna break it down" said Baxter, who couldn't stand it anymore.

Just as Baxter was about to break down the door, Meggy suddenly came and patted her brother on the back.

"Let her alone first, sister," said Meggy.

"He needs time to digest everything that happened today. If you force him, it'll make him even sadder to see you" he said.

"But I just want to talk to him and explain everything that happened to him" Baxter said.

"There's a time when you can talk to him. But not now" said Meggy.

"Come, I'll take you to your room" said Meggy and led her brother to Baxter's room.

Halfway they cross paths with Sara, who is escorted by a servant.

That woman, the woman could only lower her head without daring to stare at the faces of Baxter and Meggy who were looking at her sharply.

"You can go Meg. I can be alone" said Baxter and walked alone to his room in a doldrums.

"Never bother my sister and sister-in-law during your stay here" Meggy whispered right in Sara's ear.

"Sa-I understand miss," Sara replied in a trembling voice.

After that Meggy walked away leaving Sara just like that.

"Let's miss" the waiter told Sara.

Actually the waiter refused to drive Sara. Because Sara was the mess in this house.

"This is your room" said the maid after arriving at the door of the room to be occupied by Sara during her stay at Baxter's mansion.

Early in the morning, Aubriella is seen waking up from her sleep.

Several times the woman blinked her eyelids.

He had trouble sleeping last night and fell asleep at three in the morning.

Aubriella walked towards the door and opened the lock, and there happened to be a servant who passed through the room.

"Excuse me" Aubriella told the waiter.

"Yes, miss? Miss needs something?" the waiter asked with a worried face as he looked at Aubriella's puffy eyes and pale face.

"Can you help me? Please bring my clothes to this room" said Aubriella.

"Well, miss, do I need to bring your breakfast here? Your face is very pale" said the waiter.

"No need, just bring clothes," said Aubriella and again closed the door.

"Do I have to tell the young master?" muttered the waiter.

"Say what?" ask Baxter who is already next to the waiter.

And immediately hearing a flat voice from Baxter made the servant surprised.

"I-that's sir ..."

"That's what?" ask Baxter.

"So the lady opened the door and told me to pick up some of her clothes, The lady's face also looked pale. But, when I offered her breakfast, miss didn't want to," the maid replied as she lowered her head.

"Take your clothes here and bring your breakfast here. One more thing, bring the spare key to this room," Baxter said.

"Okay sir" said the servant obediently and immediately did his duty.

"Honey ... It's me, let's have breakfast" Baxter said.

"You just ate yesterday when we got home from Malibu" he said.

"You want to eat out? I'll take you wherever you want" Baxter said.

"Oh yes ... Or do you want to visit your daddy and mommy's tomb? Didn't you say you wanted to go there yesterday? I will accompany you" said Baxter. However, the result remains the same.

From behind the door Aubriella could hear the voice of her husband constantly coaxing her.

For this time alone she did not want to cry, as powerful as Aubriella held back her sobs to make her chest hurt and tight.
