The Dilemma of Two Hearts

In the morning the atmosphere at the house of Ms. Rahma became very crowded.The number of family members who gathered together coupled with Mr. Adi and Gita made the dining room more crowded. So that children choose breakfast in the family room while watching television. Salma who had been awake since morning immediately helped her mother and sisters to prepare breakfast. While Gita seemed to have not woken up due to fatigue after a long trip.

After all the breakfast Salma went into her mother's room to wake Gita up. Yes after the dawn prayer the girl went back to sleep.

"Gita.. wake up Git.." call Salma while shaking the body of her sister-in-law.

"Hemmm.. soon, sister.." said Gita who was still sleepy.

"Wake up Gita. You have to have breakfast first." said Salma.

Gita slowly moved and began to open her eyes.

"What time is it, brother?" tanyanya after rubbing her eyes.

"Astaghfirullah. I'm sorry my brother misfortune..."

"Yes, I took a shower!"

"Yes sis..." Gita got up and walked to the bathroom.

After Gita went into Salma's bathroom, she went out of the room and prepared breakfast for her sister-in-law. While in the courtyard of the house, Salma's nieces were playing together. It just so happens to be Sunday until they get off school. While Shania and Sakina's husband accompanied Adi and Wahyu on the porch of the house. They seem to be talking familiarly. Gita who had finished breakfast brought her dirty dishes to the dishwasher and immediately washed it even though Rahma who saw it had forbidden it.

Because all had gathered, Agung proposed that they go on a picnic together even though it was a little afternoon. And after deliberating they decided to go to the bath that was not far from Rahma's house. The place has a swimming pool and also many gazebos that can be used for eating. Gita seemed happy to be able to get together with the Salma family who were very friendly and willing to accept it. While Mr. Adi seems to be more often joined by the daughters-in-law of Rahma because the woman never gave him the opportunity to be alone with him.

The Revelation continues to try to take Salma away in order to spend time together. But it looks like it will be difficult because the four nephews of Salma always follow the tantenya. Because they still miss Salma and also because they have always granted their requests. Until after lunch the children began to get tired and began to sleepy so they chose to rest in the inn near the bath.

This opportunity is not wasted by Revelation. He immediately invited his wife to take a walk around the inn. While Gita also deliberately invites Rahma to take a walk. Though he wants to meet Adi sir with him. Because previously he had called Mr. Adi to follow him to a restaurant near the inn. When Pak Adi came after the two of them looked like Rahma was shocked and looked uncomfortable. While Gita acted as if she did not realize the awkwardness that occurred between Rahma and Adi sir.

They also talked after Gita told Pak Adi to order a drink. Gita seemed to always dominate the conversation with mom Rahma was pak Adi just as a listener. Suddenly, Gita has permission to go to the toilet.

"Papa wait here for a minute same aunt Rahma. I'm going to the toilet for a while..." said Gita tried to stay away so that the two adults who were in front of her could have time to talk together.

"Yes.. but do not for long." said Mr. Adi who felt awkward because of the attitude of Rahma's mother who was not too friendly to him.

"Sorry aunt, I'll stay a while..."

"Yes.." said Rahma while smiling despite being forced.

After Gita stepped away, Rahma and Pak Adi seemed silent, awkwardly, not knowing what they would talk about. Gita who actually did not really go to the toilet also watched the two secretly. Seeing the two people who were still silent to each other made Gita become anxious herself. It is fitting that his mother easily messed up the relationship between the two because the two people who still obey their respective ego.

"Ehm... Ma... Can we talk?" said Mr. Adi after the two were silent for quite a long time.

"Just talk, mas.." said Rahma flat.

He could guess what the man before him wanted to talk about. But he also had to give her a chance to explain herself.

"I've parted with Desi." said Mr. Adi without further ado.

Really he did not expect if Mr. Adi really would leave his wife.

"Are you out of your mind? what about Revelation and the Gita? don't you ever think about the feelings of the two if you and Desi go their separate ways?" cecar bu Rahma's.

"I've talked about it with them, and they understand that me and Desi can no longer be together anymore." said Mr. Adi.

"Then why did you tell me?"

"I want us to go back to the way Ma used to be..."

"You still ask why? there are so many reasons I can't take you back. I'm not a woman who can be happy over the suffering of others... Desi still loves you so much. You should know that!" sergeant ma Rahma.

"But we will hurt each other if we stay with Ma... Can't you see that? Maybe you're right now that Desi still loves me. Well, she didn't love me in the first place... and he has not realized that until unconsciously not only us who he hurt but also himself." said Mr. Adi at length.

Ms. Rahma was speechless hearing Mr. Adi's words. In his heart he began to think about the man's words, but his logic revived him. Because not only the problem of Pak Adi and bu Desi is not over but also because now Salma has become the wife of Revelation and that means they besan. Although in reality Revelation is not the biological child of Mr. Adi but in the eyes of the world he and Pak Adi are father and son. And Rahma's mom doesn't want to complicate their relationship.

"I'm sorry, but my decision is unanimous.we can't be together. and I beg you not to be like this again..." rahma said ending the conversation.

Although disappointed with Rahma's decision but Pak Adi can not force mom Rahma to want to accept it back. Finally the two of them went back to each other. Soon Gita came back and acted as if she knew nothing. But actually the girl had listened to the conversation of the two adults through a cell phone that he deliberately left at the table to listen to the conversation of the two. Yes Gita does carry two phones that one he carries in his bag while the one he accidentally put on the table after the two phones were connected before.

"Sorry am I late auntie?" ask Gita to Rahma's mom.

"No son... Do you still want to take another walk?"

"No aunt..."

"Then we go back to the inn" invited Rahma who had wanted to stay away from Adi as soon as possible.

Then they went back to the inn. While Wahyu and Salma are enjoying their time together by taking a walk to enjoy the afternoon atmosphere. Hand in hand the two walked down the street around where they were staying. Every now and then the two stopped and bought some roadside food before finally returning to the inn.

In the evening, after dinner, they returned to Rahma's house. But not with Shania and her family because tomorrow her children have returned to school so she and her husband decided to go straight to their own home. They also split up on the road.

Arriving at Rahma's house they immediately entered their respective rooms because they were very tired. Gita still sleeps with Rahma's mother even though there is now an empty room due to the return of the Shania family. After everything fell asleep now lives Adi sir who has not been able to close his eyes.

"Why does it feel so hard to convince you to come back to me Ma? are we really not fools?" batin Pak Adi while looking out the window of his room.

The gaze of the middle-aged man looked empty. Yesterday he still had time to think if he still had a chance to return to Rahma's mother.

"What's wrong if I still love you to this day Ma?" pak Adi lirih.
