Uniting Energy into the Core of the body was a very difficult matter even for a Martial Arts Expert, if it were to succeed it would naturally be able to make them break through to the 1st level of the Basic Martial Arts stage and would step onto the path of Martial Arts.
The Energy Core in the human body is located in the middle of the body, between the stomach and the chest. If humans did not have a Body Core or were damaged, they would not be able to become a Martial Arts Expert.
Not only does it require Core Energy, it is also very necessary to have great enlightenment or understanding in order to make the energy that enters the body fuse into the Energy Core.
The previous Adam could only enter Energy into the body, but he was simply unable to fuse that Energy into the Energy Core that was within his body.

An Intermediate Martial Arts Expert can live for 300 years.
A High Martial Arts Expert can live for 400 years.
A Peak Martial Arts Expert can live for 500 years.
As for a True Martial Arts Expert they could live for 1000 years.

If a Peak Martial Art or True Martial Arts Expert saw Adam and investigated Adam's Energy Core using the power of his mind, they would only see a Normal Energy Core, the Divine Core, but in fact the essence of Adam's Energy had changed greatly within, and Adam who possessed it also had no idea about it at all.
