From what is written in the 9th verse of Qaf above, we know that Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala sends down rain as His mercy according to the needs of all His creatures.

With the rain is one of the ways Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala in meeting the needs of His life on earth. With rain, the plants become fertile, the plants become fertile.

In addition to humans, rain also gives blessings to other creatures, namely animals. They can drink rainwater and quench thirst. Allah says in the 30th verse of Anbiya,

Which means, :”and whether the disbelievers know not that the heavens and the earth (both) were joined together, and then We separate them; and We made all things that live come from water, so why do they not believe?,” [Q.S Al-Anbiya 30].

According to Al-Baghawi, the verse is quite clear to give an understanding that rainwater is the cause of life and one of the important factors in the life of creatures on earth.

Since rain is also a blessing from Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala, it is advisable to pray when it rains.

Please forgive Allah Subhanahu wa ta'ala and pray to Prophet Muhammad Shallallahu alaihi wasallam, surely goodness always accompanies us. Amin yes rabbal alamin."

listening to the lecture made Wulan think what if he tried it if there was first rain.
