Chapter 3: The First Step to Becoming a Hunter

Once again, Kria Vostred tries to remember what she saw in her dream when she became a mysterious figure named Er Voa. However, when he tried— Kria experienced great pain, which made him immediately scream and bleed from his mouth.

"Graaahhhh— Argkhhh— Bleuahh—!" hysterically shouted Kria while holding her head hoping for the pain to go away.

"Kria? What's up!? Jag— Doctor please—" came Gezi who immediately turned back in panic seeing Kria's condition.

What is experienced by Kria today is like everything in her, intestines, stomach, liver, and other organs as if trying to get out of her body. The pain experienced by Kria today even exceeds the mens phase or when someone's bird is pinched.

When Kria tried to shout to ease her pain, the voice inside her instantly disappeared because it was not strong enough to withstand the terrible pain. 2 Minutes passed that were like being torn apart for 2 days was still going on, at which time the doctor called by Gezi came to calm down and check on this strange Kria state.

"Dok— Please my friend!" said the panicked Gezi.

"Yes, but I beg your help to stay calm and wait outside for the process to be successful" said a person wearing a white coat who works as a doctor.

Following the doctor's orders, Gezi directly exited the room Kria was in. Currently, there are only doctors, two nurses, and Kria who is hysterical in the room.

"This condition— Nurse, please give her the dope and medicine that is next to her now!"

"Ready Doc," alert the nurse who immediately took the medication.

The doctor directly injected the drug into Kria's body by injecting and giving drugs and blood infusions so that Kria did not run out of blood because he had previously bleed a lot. The hysterical cria had fallen asleep and stopped removing blood and other dirty fluids from her body after the injection. Seeing that the patient was calm, the doctor and his two nurses tried to analyze what happened with Kria.

"It-it ...."

Kria is currently fast asleep in her dreams. He saw a series of glass-like images that were split with images containing memory in them. Kria here saw clearly the mysterious figure that had previously been seen blur, he saw a swordsman who was crushing his enemy with his only sword that looked rusty.

The number of memories that suddenly he finally understood that in fact Kria was reincarnating, becoming someone else, he said, or rather his new self in another world due to him in the past when named Er Voa entered the mysterious gate. However, there was one thing awkwardness in that dream. Kria saw that the mysterious gate was the same as the one in his world, or Dungeon, but was smaller in size.

As she is still unable to wake up from her dream, Kria tries to swallow all the information she has obtained from her previous life or in the past, whether it is about language, strength, or the past, or something that doesn't exist in the world he's exploring right now. When tracing the memory, Kria tried to calculate the seconds that have been passed to hone his memory deeper and not forget when he woke up later. A few hours later, Kria's vision began to fade and the light of the lamp began to shine on her.

Kria awakens to the light, her weakly lying self looking at the three people before her, who she believes are one of the people wearing a doctor's white coat, while the rest are nurses. Kria tried to get up slowly, to make sure her body was not in pain.

Kria spoke briefly with the doctor about his current condition. The doctor said that the current state of Kria has recovered and can move as before. Hearing that, Kria called her friend and boss at her workplace, Gezi to talk about paying for maintenance fees.

"Ah, I also took care of it when I was outside earlier, oh yes including the file has also been sent by others. So now you can go straight back to your boarding house" Gezi continued.

"That's it, but I have things that need to be in the States, I go there first before going home to rest" Kria replied

"Then go back together!" said Gezi who looks happy.

After taking care of the administration so that Kria can go home, Kria and Gezi now go to the Eternal Wing Union, one of the United States among the many States in the country of Dharmaya as a place to accommodate Hunter-Hunters to fight monsters that roam. The Union and residence of Kria is a safe area because it is far from the Dungeon where there are dangerous monsters. At least more than 20 kilometers from work or residence Kria the distance between the Dungeon and the place.

However, that does not mean Kria and the people around him can hold a sigh of relief, because there was a time when the Dungeon suddenly appeared in the middle of the place because of the phenomenon that until now traced by researchers. Along the way, Kria explains what happened to him to Gezi, his best friend and manager at his workplace. Kria believes in him because Gezi has helped so much in his life that Kria is spared from the poor life like people can not be a Hunter like him.

"That's what you said Kria was real?"

"Yes maybe, I don't know for sure either" Kria replied.

"But if you really do rise up and become a Hunter, you don't have to be a receptionist, but instead you have to be an exclusive Hunter in my Union how?" ask Gezi.

"Yes that's for sure, but don't be happy just yet, I don't know if it's true or my imagination alone" Kria replied in a lethargic tone.

"I'm here as a friend, not as your boss, I will always support whatever the outcome!" reply Gezi who tried to encourage Kria.

Along the way they chatted on whatever topic in a small tone. Gezi and Kria become close friends because in the past they helped each other related to something that caused a sense of close friendship. After a few minutes, they finally reached the Eternal Wing Union, where they both worked.

"Then I want to take care of the others, this is Kria the key, use as you like" said Gezi who gave the key and left Kria.

Without further ado, Kria headed straight for a room and opened with the key in her hand. The room contains facilities to detect whether a person can become a Hunter or not, by using a tool that can activate a bracelet like the one Kria uses to know someone has the ability or not.

Kria activated the capsule-shaped device and let the bracelet she was wearing hit the detector in front of it. After a few seconds, the tool sounded, indicating that the bracelet worn by Kria has now undergone renewal.

"I-ini— This has really changed!" kria's own smile in a quiet room.
