The Story of the King of the Gods

The Story of the King of the Gods
ELF CITY

Night at the shelter. Everyone was asleep except Sheen, he was sitting cross-legged, focusing on connecting his painful bones with mana.

Sheen vomited blood which made the next Khenzin wake up.

Khenzin asked frantically"What happened to you Sheen?."

Sheen replied "No, I'm just recovering from the last fight."

"It seems like my bones have all recovered. It's time to rest." Sheen said happily.

They both went back to sleep.

The next day Sheen will travel to the island of the dragons.

The curious Noel asked "Sheen, where are you going?."

Sheen replied "I'm going to the island of dragons. It was a long journey."

Noel asked with a glass of "Can I come?."

"Wait for you guys to be stronger, then I'll take you and Khensin another time" Sheen replied.

Noel answered her with a frown "But I want it now"

"I'm sorry, but this trip is very important. The dragon king only invited 1 person." Sheen replied.

Khenzin calmed Noel who was looking annoyed "Umm, Noel. We better train harder first. Didn't Sheen say he'd take us when we were stronger."

"Alright, Sheen you better hold your words" Noel said grumbling.

"Ba, alright" Sheen replied in confusion.

"Sierra, you follow them. Help them practice, so they can quickly become strong. I'm going to travel alone." Sheen said.

Sheen said goodbye and left them to head north.

In a wilderness a female scream was heard. Sheen hurried off to see her.

"Please, help me!." cried a little white boy with long ears.

"Hahaha, we got a big catch this time. A beautiful elf. If we sell it to the rich, we will not make a great profit!" said a man carrying a sword with great pleasure while handcuffing the little boy.

"A slave trader and also the son of the elf race huh. Supposedly the slave trade was something illegal in Eleanor, It seems like king Leon is not holding his head for no reason." Sheen thought as he watched the situation.

"Boss, then today, we can party as much as possible" said one of the five slave traders with excitement.

The slave merchant boss replied "Hahaha, of course. Today we must party until we are satisfied. All right let's go back, I can't wait to party."

Sheen leaps from the tree and says, "Let go of the child and leave yourself to the king, or you will die here!."

"Hahaha, a mere swordsman is daring to be so pretentious!" said the slave merchant boss while laughing loudly.

The boss of the slave merchant ordered all his men to kill Sheen. "All of you, kill that man for me."

"Oh. Incidentally, I also really wanted to kill you!" sheen said with a sly smile.

Sheen enveloped his body with a natural mana that made him able to move very quickly. Sheen slashed the neck of one of the slave merchant's men very quickly before he could react.

"Ap, what. How could a swordsman move that fast!?" thought the slave merchant's boss with his sweat pouring out.

"Run.we will only die if we fight it!." cried the slave-traders who were very nervous.

Sheen didn't let any of them escape. He slashed one by one of them very quickly. The slave merchant's men could only see them being slashed, but their bodies were unable to respond to his speed.

The boss of the slave merchant held the elf girl and put a knife on her neck and shouted "Stop, Take another step forward I will kill this child!."

The slave merchant boss said, "Now put down your sword, and go. Otherwise you wouldn't know what's going to happen to this kid!."

The elf boy bit the slave merchant's boss' hand with all his might.

The slave merchant's boss took his hand off the boy and shouted "Agh, damn boy!. Even if I'm going to die, I'm going to kill you first!."

The elf boy pushed the slave merchant boss and ran towards Sheen while crying. The boss of the slave merchant was chasing after him, intending to kill him.

Sheen quickly slashed the slave merchant's boss to death.

Sheen approached the boy and asked "Why is a child like you in the woods like this alone?. Where are your parents?."

The boy answered her crying "Huhuhu, I ran away from home and left them."

Sheen sighed and said "Huh, Then I will take you home. The elves stay very hidden, so you show me the way."

"All right, thank you" said the boy with a smile.

They introduced themselves to each other on the journey. The boy's name is Alea. He ran away from his house and the slave traders suddenly chased him. When he gets caught, Sheen shows up and saves him.

The two of them walked towards a cave that looked empty.

"Here Sheen. We just need to say the password and we'll get to the elves' town" Alea said

Alea explained "Only the higher-ups of the race alliance and the elves know about it. We used artifacts to hide this town. All right, let's go in. Rivendell."

They entered the cave and it turned into a bustling city.

A person with several bodyguards who looked puzzled, looked at Alea and quickly approached her.

Worriedly the man shouted "My son!. Wherever you've been, son. I've been looking for you all over the village and didn't find you"

Sheen explained to the man "Uncle, Alea has just experienced a disaster. So he's still a little scared. I'll explain everything."

Sheen explained to Alea's father all the events in detail.

"Slave trader yes. There are still people like that. Thank you for saving my daughter. My name is Trista, one of the five strongest magicians of Eleanor kingdom." Alea's father said as he brandished his hand.

"My name is Sheen" Sheen replied as she shook Trista's hand.

"How about you come eat at my house?. My wife cooked too much, because she was worried about Alea." asked Trista.

Sheen replied "Well, I happen to be hungry too. I accepted the offer."

They went to Alea's house located in the middle of the city. Arriving at home.

"My son!. Where have you been, son?. I'm so worried about you" Alea's mother said with tears in her eyes.

"Alea actually heard from her friend that she was not our biological child. He was then beaten and fled. But even though he was just our adopted son, we loved him very much" Trista said with a sigh.

They ate together and enjoyed the joyful atmosphere.

After she finished eating, Sheen was about to leave to continue her journey. He told Alea "Don't think about whether you're a real child or not. But the most important thing is the love of your parents. Don't worry them anymore."

Alea answered "Alright. Be careful of your journey Sheen."

"Hey son. Stop by again if you have time." said Trista.

"I'll make you some good food if you come back later, son." said Alea's mother.

They waved each other and Sheen left them.
