Chapter 19 - The Unexpected Problem

Gala laughed. Somehow he's getting so used to dealing with Nindy. A girl who can also make him fat.

"Look who's perverted. Who would want to step so," added Gala. He took back his cigarette from Nindy's hand.

On the other hand, Reyan was busy grumbling at his study table. He looked at Gala's phone number in anger. How not? The guy didn't pick up his call.

"If there's anything, watch out for me!" lamented Reyan.

"Reyan!" Karin suddenly came without knocking on the door. He opened the door to make Reyan shocked.

"Mom!" reyan Protest. His regret, slowly changed when he saw the look on his face that looked panicked.

"Mom!" Reyan approached his mother. Try to calm down as much as possible. "What's the matter, Mah?" tanyakanya.

"Father accident. We need to get to the hospital now!" karin.

Reyan's eyes were perfectly rounded. He was surprised to hear such bad news. Without a second thought, Reyan and Karin rushed to the hospital.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Reyan and his mother were told to wait. Reyan's father, Sofyan, is undergoing surgery in the emergency room.

Police said Sofyan's car collided with a large truck. Sofyan's car was destroyed beyond help. But the police officer hopes Sofyan's life can still be saved.

Reyan sat down lethargic while occasionally shedding tears. Letting the mother cry on her shoulders.

"Father must be sleepy again right, Mah.." said Reyan while occasionally wiping away tears. Considering this isn't Sofyan's first time around. His father Reyan twice had an accident due to sleepiness due to work fatigue. But this time the accident was the worst.

"Your mind is so. Though Mamah always said the same papahmu to go home with the driver only if sleepy. Mama doesn't understand" said Karin.

"Father also lately very rarely come home. If something like this happens suddenly, it will make you shocked." Reyan never thought of his father. The attitude of the middle-aged man had indeed been suspicious lately. But Reyan tries to keep thinking positive.

Three hours passed. The operation is not yet complete. Reyan went to the toilet to wash his face. On the way, a policeman called him.

"It's okay. I just want to give you your father's cell phone that was in the accident. This is a good phone. Somehow this phone was thrown away from the accident site" explained Mr. Police.

"Thank you, sir." Reyan slightly bowed his body.

"Either. Had to hand over to your mother, but could not bear to see her sad so. Patient ones, Dek. Good news from your father." The police officer patted Reyan on the shoulder. The guy thanked me for the second time.

After that, Reyan stepped into the toilet. He put the phone in his pants pocket. Then wash his face in front of the sink.

Sofyan's phone suddenly rang. Reyan checked the phone immediately.

"Martha? Isn't this Gala's dream?" reyan Mumbled. He froze in a moment. But try to think positively.

As the phone kept ringing, Reyan picked up the phone. Then put it to the ear. Reyan deliberately did not make a sound because he wanted to know who was calling.

"Sophyan? You're all right? You came home safe, didn't you? I was so worried this morning that I saw you exhausted. You should have stayed asleep at the hotel" said a female voice from across the phone.

Reyan bitter. Hearing that sentence, he became a no-no about his father. Is Sofyan cheating? Then the woman named Martha, is Gala's mother really?

"Sophyan?" call the woman from across the phone. He did not hear the voice of the man he expected. Reyan himself kept silent.

"Mamma! What's in here? Papah nyariin. He's still in the church!" a man's voice sounded. Worse, Reyan believes it's Gala's voice.

Not wanting to keep thinking bad, Reyan chose to turn off the phone. To calm down, he washed his face again.

"No! I'd better focus on Papah's recovery now" Reyan murmured. He deactivated Sofyan's phone. Then he immediately met his mother in the waiting room.

After two hours, the operation was finally completed. Reyan and Karin are very grateful when they hear the good news from the doctor. Said Sofyan could be saved. It all happened because of the sophisticated car used by Sofyan. The car happens to have a good level of safety to protect the driver.

Now Reyan and the mother just have to wait for Sofyan to wake up. Reyan sat in front of his father's room being looked after. He's alone in there. Simultaneously, a message from an unknown number came in.

'Benefits of ecstasy powder. Can relieve stress, forget problems, and provide happiness in a moment.' Reyan frowned as he read the incoming message. He immediately tried to call the sender number. As before, the number could not be reached.

"Damn it!" maki Reyan's. He didn't know until when the bad guy would terrorize him.

Gala just got into the car. He looked at the orphanage bus carrying Nindy and the other children. From there Gala could see the other side of Nindy. The girl looks so attentive with her younger sisters.

Unknowingly a smile flashed across Gala's face. But the smile had to fade when both parents got into the car.

"important call? This sunday? Isn't everyone off work today?!" timpal Riko's.

"If there's an urgent problem, it could be!" sahut Martha's.

"really? You think I didn't know you were rarely in your boutique? Says the employee lately you've been coming home earlier than usual. Where'd you?" search Riko.

"I have to take care of the supplier of goods in the boutique. Not to mention finding partners to work with. You know my boutique isn't a small shop!" sahut Martha's.

"You! I-i know..." Riko wants to talk. But when he saw the rearview mirror and could see Gala, he didn't talk.

"Keep away. Let's just say I don't exist" Gala said. He put a headset to his ear. Then play music. Both of his parents were silent.

Riko was forced to hold back the anger. He immediately runs the car.

In the back seat, Gala put a blank stare out the window. He actually knew that his mother was cheating. The chocolate envelope the other day that Gala received were photos of Martha's proof of going to the hotel. The guy accidentally pays the services of a tattooed thug to spy on Martha. So it proves that Reyan's assumption that Gala was dealing drugs, is clearly wrong.

Despite having known his mother was having an affair, until now Gala did not know who Martha was cheating on. One thing is certain. It's not important and he doesn't want to know!
