Dragon shouted with all of his abilities fully activated to the maximum as he jumped towards IM. The dragon punched forward with his right hand, covered in the Haki Armament.

IM saw Dragon grinning, which could not be seen as it was hidden under a cloth that covered almost his entire face and head, except for his eyes.

IM raised his sword with one hand that was also clad in Haki Armament and met with Dragon fist.

Swords and fists collided, both of them were covered with Haki Armaments.

When swords and fists collide, Haki they fight. Shock waves after waves were generated as black, red, blue, and gold lightning followed the shock wave.

"Not bad. You have grown stronger after all these years. But not strong enough to defeat me" said IM while pushing his sword forward making Dragon lose his advance and retreat.

Dragon grumbled and tried to give more power in his attack, but only to make his fingers hurt and bleed. IM then used his other hand and slashed the sword followed by a flying sword attack that hit the Dragon's death center into his chest as his body flew away and crashed into the building before stopping.

Sabo and Ace want to help Dragon in his fight, but Silver stops them. Saying, "This is his battle revenge, don't interfere" calmly as he stared at the building where the Dragon fell.

"If you want to fight and reduce the burden, go against them" Silver continued, pointing his finger in a certain direction.

Ace and Sabo looked at where Silver was pointing. Sabo activated his Observation Haki and said, "Cypher Pol 0, Ace let's go!" while running at high speed. Ace followed, saying nothing.

Jack *Hic* and said, "Hulk, let's follow them *Hic*" as he tried to run and follow them, but he had trouble doing so because he was swaying left and right.

The Hulk looked at Jack, who tried to run but failed. Hulk shook his head and raised Jack and followed the two.

The fingers of the dragon were bleeding with his body buried under the ruins of the building where he fell. Kicking off the debris that buried him as the dust appeared, Dragon stood up and summoned his wind ability, throwing away the dust and everything that covered him and his vision.

Clad in Haki and Wind, the Dragon slowly rose into the sky. Raising his left hand, he said, "Wind Spear." As soon as he finished speaking, a spear made of wind formed quickly above his hand, which was visible to the naked eye.

Dragon waved his hand down and the wind spear flew towards IM. IM, looking at the incoming wind spear, smiled.

"Time - Nothingness" IM said as he raised his hand towards the wind spear that entered towards him.

After IM spoke, the wind spear disappeared as if no attack or anything came at it, everything turned into nothingness.

The dragon saw his attack turn into nothing, surprised. He said, "You! You take the Toki fruit" and fly to IM with your other hand covered by Haki and the wind.

IM smiled and said, "Kozuki Toki can't use the true power of this fruit. Just wasting time with him" IM then used the fruit ability, targeting the Dragon that came at him. With his hands raised, he clenched them and said, "Time, Stop!"

The dragon stopped in midair with its fists stretched forward. The dragon stopped, not moving. He could not move; he could only stare at IM with an angry look.

'What happened! The fruit of time should not have this much power! How did this bastard use it so far?' thought the Dragon hanging in the air, not moving.

Dragon could not move, but he could still use his abilities. Dragon activated his awakened fruit ability and summoned a storm.

The clouds gathered at high speed along with roaring thunder. The clouds darkened as strong winds blew. 'Storm! Destroy everything!' thought Dragon.

The pirates took refuge in their ships due to strong winds and rain. The Dragons did not bother to do so because it was only a storm for them, while the citizens of the Empire and the others were all protected by the barrier made by Silver.

I. M. saw the storm blow his power saying, "Time - Zero."

The blowing storm stopped and disappeared making the sky turn sky blue as before. The dragon saw his attack fail, its eyes widened in disbelief!

IM brandished his sword and jumped towards the Dragon. Dragon tried to move but could not because he was still suppressed by the IM fruit ability.

Covering the sword with the Haki Armament as IM grabbed the Dragon, he swung it down, intending to separate the Dragon's head!

The Dragon's entire body was still covered with the Haki Armament, but given that he was defeated in the clash they had previously sensed great danger from the sword in IM's hand coming at his neck.

I smiled and thought, Finally I can get rid of you! Monkey D's. Dragon' and give more power to his swing.

The sword approached the Dragon's head. Everyone who watches, just watches. Not intending to do anything.

The sword stopped before it could touch the Dragon's neck. It makes IM worried. For someone to stop his sword that he thought nothing could now be laid before his eyes.

IM quickly regained his senses and looked at the person who stopped his sword. He saw Silver. Holding the sword with his hand.

"You! Silver Emperor! Why are you interfering!" IM said

"I can't let you kill a Dragon, we have a promise" Silver said.

"Who do you think you are?" said IM in an angry and arrogant tone. He then tried to take the sword from Silver's grasp but, the sword did not move!

A silver clenched fist that grasped the sword tightly. The sword cracked, not long after, breaking, splitting it in half.

Silver looked into IM's eyes and said, "Confession as God, if you still want to fight. Let me show you who God really is! In my eyes. You are just an ant!"

Silver with his hand covered in Dragonic Armament Haki punched IM's face.

IM could not dodge because his attack was too fast. Even with the Eye of Divinity and Haki that he claimed himself, he did not do much.

Silver's punch sent IM with quick steps towards the palace.
