The Struggle of Love Arsyad

The Struggle of Love Arsyad
Chapters. 3

Arsyad decided to leave his hometown for the capital Jakarta. After knowing his true identity, Arsyad increasingly encouraged his spirit to improve his life for the ideals and initial purpose to marry his lover, Pratiwi Nadine Aurora.

"Tiwi wait for Brother and I beg you to be patient insya Allah Abang will come home with a proposal that is in accordance with the wishes of both your parents and your brother," arsyad murmured before getting into the bus that would take him to the capital that night.

Ms. Hanifah was unceasingly crying at the passing of her adoptive nephew. He was very sad because for the first time in his life 21-year-old Arsyad was away from his side.

"Arsyad I hope you come home soon, son, aunt will surely miss your presence very much," his great-grandson Bu Hanifah in her tears as the bus that was boarded by Arsyad was getting away from the Surabaya city terminal.

Mr. Budi Jaya who saw the sadness of his wife immediately embraced his wife's body in his arms.

"My wife Hanifa this is the best path for our child, because if she does not look for both parents her hopes and dreams to marry Tiwi will be in vain and extinct just like that, you just need to pray for the best for them hopefully Arsyad will return home soon in a successful state and ready to marry Pratiwi," he said Mr. Budi who secretly also wiped his tears that represented his feelings at that time.

The farewell caused a deep sadness for the three. They hope that what Arsyad did in the capital will produce maximum results and in accordance with the expectations of them all.

Two days later, Arsyad had arrived at the destination city at one of the stations in Jakarta. Arsyad was so surprised to see the view of the city of Jakarta that night which was very much different from his hometown in the countryside.

The bustle of Jakarta city mobility was very crowded that night. The buildings that lined up seemed to race to claw the sky. The light from some shopping and residential lights further beautify the atmosphere of the night.

Arsyad admires the beauty of central Jakarta. But, at once his attention was on a pair of little children who were about eleven years old standing while singing a song to entertain pedestrians.

The boy strummed a small guitar in his hand while the girl sang while carrying a box he might wear to put money in for people who liked their show. Arsyad could see them both.

"This is the side of Jakarta's life as reported on television" Arsyad murmured.

Arsyad walked while carrying a backpack on his back. Arsyad was armed with the home address of one of his uncle's friends who worked in his grandfather's house.

Arsyad opened the paper that read the name of the street and the name of the man," Mr. Ahmad Adam street xx,"

Arsyad immediately walked a few steps while looking for a motorcycle taxi driver who hung out around the terminal area. But, earlier he asked some people who happened to pass by at the place.

Arsyad was grateful because the address of the house he was looking for was quite easy to reach so as to facilitate his steps.

"Thankful Alhamdulillah, only about an hour drive from here I have reached the house of Mr. Ahmad," said Arsyad.

Arsyad's arrival at the house of Mr. Ahmad was warmly welcomed by his family members who numbered four people. The wife of Mr. Ahmad Bu Dewi and his two children who happened to be one girl who was the same age as him and one boy who was still in high school.

"Yes Allah, Young Master Arsyad Arbani Naufal, you are already a big boy" said Mr. Ahmad with joy.

Miss Dewi and her two children, Hani and Gani, were just silent to see what her father did.

"Young Master," Hani's bean.

Mr. Ahmad glanced at his daughter," Long story Nak but someday you will explain to you who this Young Master Arsyad is for pity if we talk at length when it is midnight and time to rest maybe tomorrow father I'll explain it to you all,"

Three months later, the presence of Arsyad in the small family was very lucky and useful because it helped Pak Ahmad who had a shophouse in the middle of the market.

Arsyad was a little disappointed because his grandfather and mother had lived and settled abroad for more than ten years while his house in Jakarta was left empty without being cared for.

Arsyad was initially disappointed and sad, but Tiwi's sweet smile that every moment comes and goes through her memory and mind makes her optimistic and patient to live her life in the capital city of Jakarta. His grandfather and grandmother Arsyad was rumored to have died while his mother had no news at all because of the name he was looking for, no one knew.

"Did Mama also die abroad because I was looking for news but I did not find a woman named Anna Thalia Ivanka" said Arsyad who was desperate at the time.

Time passed without them noticing, it had been two years since the arrival of Arsyad in the capital. Today, this day, Hani plans to bring Arsyad to buy a phone to make it easier for Arsyad to communicate because the phone he brought a few days ago was damaged so that he can no longer communicate with his family members in the village while with Tiwi communication is completely cut off because, the phone number Tiwi has never been active.

Arsyad is grateful and happy because his sons Pak Ahmad already consider him as his own brother. After returning from the Mall, Hani sat in front of the television while opening a few packs of special snacks to accompany his leisure that night.

"Arsyad do you want to work at the company where I work? It just so happened that he was looking for help because my office this month and the next few months will be so busy that it needs more labor and incidentally less security guards, if you are interested I will ask my friend," explained Hani, whose eyes were not at all diverted from the South Korean drama he was watching.

Arsyad who heard the job offer from his adoptive brother was tempted and happy because he could earn extra income even though working with Mr. Ahmad still get a salary, but for him less because he also sends shopping money to the village.

Hani notices Arsyad's sudden silence, Hani smiles because she believes that Arsyad is interested in Hani's offer.

"How about Are, do you agree? If you agree tomorrow you join Mbak to the office," suggested Hani who again tasted his snacks without stopping.

Arsyad nodded his head in agreement with the request of Hani, a woman who was only a year apart from her age.
