The Substitute Bride Mr. Paralyzed

The Substitute Bride Mr. Paralyzed
Chapter Nine

Happy Reading's.

Three months on, Hanum's days revolved around William and his husband's healing therapy. She felt very happy to see her husband's therapy go well, because William himself always obeyed what the doctor suggested. Every two times a week the routine of doing yoga and practicing walking helps with a stick and now here's the result.

These three months Hanun had always provided tremendous support to William, now that the man could already stand on his own cane. Hanum painstakingly guided William to learn to walk with a cane while at home.

As of this moment, William stood up from his wheelchair and Hanum directly gave the stick to William.

"It's you, be careful?" William took a stick from his wife and put a brace in the armpit.

"The right foot movement first, just take a slow step," Hanum instructed.

William obeyed and followed the wife's instructions. With a limp step, one by one William set his foot on the fur carpet.

William also felt more and more the muscles of his legs getting lighter, even he found it easy to step using a stick.

"Well, come back here! Let's slow down!" Hanum Seru.

William turned around and walked back, stepping slowly with a wide smile.

Mama Valeria and Papa Sofyan were very happy to see the development of her son who was so quickly recovered. It turns out that Sofyan is indeed not wrong to replace Katrine with Hanum. The young beautiful girl was really painstakingly taking care of William.

They so admired Hanum who was very sincere and never complained at all in the face of a William, who was, william used to be a very cold man when he was left behind by Katrine in the final days before their wedding.

Papa Sofyan deliberately tested William by replacing Katrine at that time. The invitation was spread and all catering and decor costs were paid off. Although actually if all the plans were canceled there would be no influence whatsoever for the Atmaja family. Because for those who are important is the good name of the family, so Papa Sofyan prefers to find a substitute bride.

"Well, good mas, today's practice is quite old, mas must be tired," said Hanum handed a glass filled with orange juice to her husband.

William took the glass and drank it to the end. The man was now dudu in his wheelchair and felt a little tired. "Thank you" William handed the glass back to his wife.

"Yes mas, now we bathe and pray Ashar first, is it time?"

William nodded, since he knew Hanum, the man was now performing his worship as a Muslim. William had not prayed for a long time, either when the last time, maybe when Eid al-Fitr and it was only once a year. William had forgotten his Lord.

After bathing and praying together, William finally fell asleep in Hanum's lap. William had asked for prayer sitting on the floor, because William usually prayed in a wheelchair.

Hanum combed her husband's black mane, smiling at William sleeping on his lap. Hanum always prayed that their relationship would continue to go through the household ark and there would be no divorce.

Although Hanum never knew how William felt about her, William has never said anything about prenuptial agreements or contract marriages like in the movies.

Hanum always slipped William's name in her prayers, hoping that her husband would be given healing and open the door of the heart for her.

Her night.

William, Hanum, Sofyan's father and Mama Valeria gather at the table. They now often have dinner together, William has also reopened with his parents.

"Eat the vegetables mas," Hanum added the sauteed green mustard to William's plate. Hanum was very attentive to her husband's food.

All Hanum's attention did not go unnoticed by Sofyan and Valeria's observation, the two old men smiled warmly at the sincerity he had on Hanum's face.

William also seems to have accepted the existence of his wife, so the man also looks more attentive with his wife.

"Will, it looks like your recovery period is so fast, if it's really healed, Papa wants to be made a grandchild soon, right ma?"

"Hukk, uhukk!" Hanum choked when he heard her in-laws.

What was Papa Sofyan saying, wanting a grandson? Hanum was ashamed, even though they had been married for five months, but they had never had sex.

"Be careful, Hanum," William offered a glass of water to his wife.

Sofyan and Valeria looked at each other and smiled.

After getting better, Hanum put the glass back on the table.

"Yes son, right said Papa, we all want to propose a grandson, so Mama hope that Willi is cured, gass it!" said Mama Valeria excitedly.

Hanum's cheeks were red, so she was embarrassed and nervous when her in-laws openly said they wanted grandchildren. Of course Hanum felt bad about her husband who had not given her that right.

Yeah, of course you are. They don't think in that direction at all. Given how their marriage was and William's condition.

Hanum glanced at William who had looked calm before, was her husband offended by the request of his parents?

"Yes Ma, Pa, we will definitely give you grandchildren, as soon as I am healed" William said, looking at Hanum.

Of course it made Hanum widen his eyes in disbelief.

'Kok Mas I'am responded anyway?' inner Hanum.

"Good, that's Papa's new hotshot!" Papa Sofyan was delighted, as was Mama Valeria.

William glanced at Hanum who looked embarrassed, of course he promised to give that right when he was healed, William often noticed the patient Hanum and never complained until his heart began to link to his wife.
