Next Day.
At 19:00
It had been more than twenty-four hours that Nirmala was unconscious due to the influence of drugs and Zico still faithfully accompanied Nirmala in the room.
"Eugh..." Nirmala's moaning sound was heard in the ear of Zico who fell asleep on the sofa in front of Nirmala's patient bed. Quickly Zico got off the couch and walked towards the patient bed.
"Noromachi..." Ogre Zico.
"Sir.." replied Nirmala in a weak voice.
"Sstt. Don't talk too much first. I'll call the doctor first." Zico said as he pressed the bell connected to the nurse's desk.
Five minutes later, Dr. Alma and Dr. Sonny and three nurses entered Nirmala's hospital room.
Doctor Alma immediately checked on Nirmala.
The first doctor Alma examined was Nirmala's abdomen to check for traces of surgical sutures.
"Dok, my gist is fine, right?" Ask Nirmala.
Alma's doctor, Sonny and Zico look at each other.
Zico shook his small head to code Doctor Alma not to tell the truth for now.
Nirmala scrunched her forehead to see the strange gurgle of doctors Alma, doctors Sonny and Zico.
Seeing the strange gurgle of the three people who were surrounding him, Nirmala felt her stomach. He could feel that his lower abdomen was very painful plus a bandage covering his lower abdomen that he believed was not a gunshot scar.
"Don't tell me that it's my stuff..." Nirmala hung up her words, she could not continue her words her voice shook violently.
"Noromachi..." Zico tried to melt down the situation that was starting to stiffen.
Nirmala turned towards Zico with a sinister look.
"Say, what really happened!! Is my content okay?!" Nirmala asked with a voice that had started to rise.
"Miss, calm yourself. Your blood pressure will go up if you like this. This is not very good for you who are new to surgery." Doctor Sonny said.
Nirmala ignored Doctor Sonny's warning and went on a rampage.
"Quick say!! My ingredients are fine, right?! Quickly say Zico!!!" Shouted Nirmala while pulling Zico's shirt.

"Shut up!! Get out of you all!! I hate you guys!! You guys kill!!! I hate you guys!! I hate you Zico!! Out all of you bunuuuuuh pembuuh" cried Nirmala hysterically while throwing all the objects beside her.
Seeing the rampaging Nirmala, Sonny's doctor immediately gave the nurse a code to take a sedative.
"Nirmala calm down Nirmala. Calm yourself down, your stitches haven't dried up Nirmala." Zico tried to reach Nirmala's hand who was throwing things beside him.
Seeing Nirmala getting out of control, doctor Alma and doctor Sonny also helped reach Nirmala's hand to stop throwing things.
Hearing the commotion from Nirmala's nursery, Uncle Dru and the four bodyguards who had just returned after dinner, immediately ran to Nirmala's nursery.
"Gosh what's going on?" Uncle Dru asked when he saw Nirmala rampaging and was trying to calm down by Zico, doctor Alma and doctor Sonny and the items that had been scattered on the floor.
"Let go of me!! Don't touch me with your hands!! You're slayers!!" Nirmala was still hysterical.
Not long after the nurse came with a sedative ampoule.
The nurse gave the doctor Sonny and opened the ampoule and filled the sedative fluid in the ampoule into the injection.
Seeing that Sonny's doctor was preparing to inject a sedative into Nirmala, the bodyguards intervened to hold Nirmala in order for Sonny's doctor to inject a sedative into the infusion tube.
The sedative was successful doctor Sonny put in the infusion tube.

After all the medical team came out, then Zico let out his cry.
With legs folded, arms placed above the knees, Zico buried his head above his arms resting on the knees of his feet.
"Nirmala hates me Uncle, she hates me."

Zico stood up from his seat on the floor.
"You all go home too. Tomorrow morning you're here again." Zico said to all four bodyguards.

"This is an order!! Rest in the Mansion."
The bodyguards looked at each other, then compactly looked towards Uncle Dru.
Uncle Dru nodded his head as a sign that the bodyguards should follow what Zico ordered.
"Okay sir, then we go home first." Pamit bodyguard Me's.
The bodyguards came out of Nirmala's nursery.
"Home with them Uncle." Zico told Uncle Dru.
"I'd rather be fired than leave you alone here, Young Master." Answer Uncle Dru.
"Because I've promised your late parents, you'll always be by your side under any circumstances." Said Uncle Dru again.
Zico let out a rude sigh, "Just up to Uncle." Zico said he pulled the chair next to the patient's bed. Zico took Nirmala's hand that was not in the infusion hose and stroked her very gently.
"I'm sorry Nirmala, please don't hate me." Zico said, crying again.

At 22:00
"Eugh.." Nirmala nodded as she opened her eyes.
Hearing Nirmala moan, Zico who had not moved from his seat beside the bed immediately straightened his back and smiled in front of Nirmala's face. Hoping that when Nirmala opened her eyes wide, Nirmala would no longer be angry with him.
But Zico's hope is hope. Because as soon as Nirmala's eyes opened perfectly Nirmala instead immediately turned her eyes and hit the hand of Zico who was holding his hand.

Nirmala was silent and still did not want to look towards Zico.
Zico sighed harshly looking at Nirmala who was like this. Realizing that Nirmala needed time alone, Zico did not force Nirmala to apologize to him now. Zico came out of Nirmala's nursery.
After Zico came out, Nirmala's cries broke.
He regrets accepting Uncle Dru's offer of being a surrogate wife to Zico but that makes Nirmala even more sorry, because she used her heart when she became a surrogate wife to Zico.
