The breeze tickled the dry foliage strewn over the tanned ground. The afternoon air is so soothing. The sun began to enter the contest, and slowly sank in the Western horizon.
A girl was sitting alone in a chair enjoying the afternoon air. A place that is so beautiful and can see the incredible natural scenery.
Occasionally his eyelids are closed, hiding a pair of spectating lenses behind his eyelids with a wiggle of lashes.
A gentle breeze blew and hugged the girl's body, making her beautiful hair waving about from being exposed to the gust of wind. He so enjoyed the cool air this afternoon, the sunset perfecting the atmosphere of this sunny afternoon.
"Here's your drink," he's distracted. The girl who was none other than Celine turned to the side and received the canned drink from Ken's hand.
"Ge, sit here and together we see the sunset." Celine patted the empty space beside her right and invited Ken to sit down.
Without saying anything. Ken took his place next to the girl, and their togetherness was in the silence. Not a word came out of Ken's and Celine's lips, both silent.
Ken turned his head when he felt that his right shoulder was heavy, Jesslyn placed her head over his shoulder. "Ge, this is how comfortable it feels. I was suddenly sleepy." Jesslyn said, several times she yawned because she could not resist the drowsiness.
"Then let's go home."
Jesslyn shook her head. "I don't want to, I still want to be here." He answered while closing his eyes.
The sunshine of dusk. The long-haired woman stared fixedly at the face beside her who had been staring far ahead. His handsome face showed any expression, flat. Each one had absolutely no idea what he was thinking, to the point that Ken looked so serious. Makes Celine curious.
"Ge, what are you really thinking?" Celine looked at Ken curiously.
The man looked up and shook his head. "none. Just enjoying the twilight. Now I understand why so many people like twilight, including you. Dusk gives calm and a warm feeling to anyone who enjoys it." Ken.
"And looking up at that beautiful sky, as if carrying a New hope, that life would be fine." Celine added.
Suddenly, a hand touched him. Celine looked over in shock. Celine's hurry came to her tears that had already fallen. And Celine's crying left Ken confused and wondering.
"Why are you crying. What are you thinking?" He asked while wiping his tears down.
Celine shook her head in panic. "Ti-none. Who cries anyway, I'm just flickering." Elak Celine, he won't admit to Ken if he's crying. But it wasn't Ken's name if he trusted Celine's words just like that, he knew the girl was lying to him.
"Don't lie to me, because I'm not easy for you to lie to. Tell me why are you crying?" again Ken asked.
Celine shook her head. "Let's see, I don't know myself. All of a sudden my tears fell on their own and were hard to prevent." Celine said, wiping away her tears.
The silence returned. No chat between the two of them. They kept silent even until the sky turned dark and there began to be white dots in the sky. Stars began to appear.
The stars shine brightly. The moonlight is so beautiful, making the atmosphere of the night feel very romantic. But unfortunately they are not lovers who love each other, maybe. Because none of them have acknowledged their feelings, even though they both agreed to get married.
Ken looked at the moment when he no longer heard Celine's babbling voice and sighed. Apparently he's asleep. Realizing that the girl had fallen asleep, Ken laid Celine's body on the long chair where they sat and placed the girl's head on her thigh.
Yeah, now Celine's asleep on Ken's lap. And Ken had no intention of waking him up. She let Celine sleep on her lap until she woke up by herself. All Ken could do was be still and pensive about enjoying the star-studded night sky.
The sky is pretty friendly tonight. The stars are so beautifully scattered up there.
