"You!" Sonya's hand was struggling to escape from Antonie's grasp. He's banging Antonie in the chest.

Sonya pulled a hand hesitantly trying to smell the scent of the liquid. Right then, the girl's stomach churned instantly. Sonya got up, ran away.

Sonya spewed out all the contents inside her stomach. The rotten and fishy aroma smelled into one. Sonya rubbed that hand on the end of the dress she was wearing today.

"You remember these tools? An incompetent you dare to perform surgery on someone who is nothing. Because what? Afraid your father's hospital's good name is smeared, right?"

"Then what about after your father's hospital was destroyed?"

Knives, scissors, pingsets, scalpels move around in circles and then go hand in hand with open glove. Sonya's eyes were getting louder looking at the scavenger's face
