The Sad Truth

Rendra sat silently staring at the flat television screen in Tiara's apartment. Occasionally he glanced towards Tiara's room waiting for his sister to come out of the room.

"Ren, let's go!" Tiara is ready with her casual clothes.

Rendra massaged his head for a moment, sighed heavily then nonchalantly stepped closer. He watched Tiara for a moment, tidying up his sister's hair that was only tied up originally.

"Iish, tumben very. You why?"

"Once upon a time I'm concerned about my sister who is getting more beautiful." Rendra scooped Tiara's face so anxious.

"Pake skin care what the hell, really beautiful. I want to try dong!"

"Hhm, secrets! Especially for girls." Tiara let go of her brother's hand and walked ahead of Rendra. "Where are we going, tumben actually making way?" 

"Hhm, later you also know." replied Rendra flatly, his grim facial expression making Tiara suspicious.

"We buy the same food drinks first in the minimarket!" 

"What the hell is Ren doing, you making me curious?!"

"We want to be spies!" rendra's answer automatically makes Tiara stupefied but Rendra does not care about it, he returns silent, flat without expression.

After buying a bag of food and soft drinks, he drove his car to a place. The car that Rendra drove slowly until finally stopped not far from a luxurious house that is quite spacious. He deliberately took a safe distance, so as not to be seen.

"Whose house is Ren?" Tiara was confused, she was confused to pay attention to the right and left sides.

Rendra took a deep breath, he turned his head towards Tiara, thought for a moment then slowly returned to his vehicle. This time their car passed in front of a white painted luxury house. A towering iron fence with twin lion ornaments. As they passed the house the central gate was wide open.

Rows of luxury cars appear to decorate the garage is quite spacious.

"This crazy house is like a luxury car dealer." Tiara chanted.

"Look who's coming out of the house!" Rendra pointed towards the tattooed man on her arm.

"Eh that's Miko, stop Ren!" Tiara immediately got out of the car and approached Miko.

"Mas Miko!" sapanya cheerful.

Miko was surprised when she saw the girl coming without giving any news. "Lho Tiara, who are you?"

"Sama Rendra, um .. is this your home?" Tiara looked around and asked.

"Yes, what a coincidence that you came. Come in yuk, I know mami papi!"

Tiara turned her head towards Rendra who was standing looking at Miko's house with a grim face. He waved his hand at his older brother and Rendra smiled wryly.

"It's time you knew who Ra was," he murmured before sighing heavily.

Miko held Tiara's friendly hand, "They're having breakfast again, join yuk?"

"Eh breakfast? Clock this?" Tiara glanced at the clock that was coiling in her hand. "The ten o'clock is already noon," he murmured softly.demgan lips conical spoiled.

Miko looks so happy when introducing Tiara to her parents. "Mi, get to know this new Miko chick!"

The middle-aged woman who still looked beautiful was a little surprised, but then smiled. "New again?"

Miko gave the code to be quiet, while her mom laughed. "Hhm, yes!"

Hendrawan Adhiwijaya, gasp at Tiara's face. He kept quiet and watched Tiara. Scrutinizing every corner and curve of the young woman's face in front of him.

"Whose name is Mik?" asked Hendrawan curious.

"Tiara pi, pretty is her name as pretty as the person." praise Miko who made Tiara face blush, she hit Miko's arm lightly.

Hendrawan choked when he heard the name of the girl his son introduced. "Who? A tiara?"

"Diiih segitnya Pi, denger name Tiara? So beautiful to be surprised?" Miko held out a glass of mineral water to her papi.

"His name is Tiara Anindita, and I am Rendra Setiawan!" rendra's voice sounded loudly greeting the sixty-five-year-old man.

Hendrawan was made even more surprised by the arrival of Rendra, his guess was right. His eyes widened and his face paled. While his wife, looked in wonder at Rendra. 

"This is who Mik is, your friend too?" mami asked Miko, she noticed Rendra's appearance which looked handsome and very similar to the young Hendrawan.

"He's Rendra, Tiara's brother."

Miko's mother turned to Hendrawan with a probing look. At once she could read if there was anything her husband was hiding.

"Pi, is there something you want to tell me?" he lured Hendrawan to talk.

"Let me clear Auntie," Rendra pulled up a chair and sat down between Hendrawan and his wife.

"Ra, Mik, you're sitting down too. We need to talk!"

Tiara was confused but he obeyed her brother's orders as well as Miko's.

"Ren, what the hell is going on?! Seriously really!" Tiara lowered her voice.

He felt the awkwardness of Rendra's attitude, especially Rendra just kept quiet and looked at him sharply. A look that intimidated everyone in the room.

"I'm sorry if your arrival interfered with your breakfast." Rendra was silent for a moment.

"Well, am I wrong? What does Ren mean?" Tiara was getting nervous.

"Ra, this man in front of you is your father, our father. Hendrawan Adhivijaya!"

"W-what? Don't joke, Ren!"

"He is, our father! Men who make mothers die in sorrow, nelantarin us in suffering! He's a depraved man who cheated on mom with empty expectations!" 

Rendra's voice sounded loud and full of emphasis. Rendra's words make the red ears of Miko's mother, not least Miko herself.

"Pi, tell me that's not true! Say Pi!"

Miko's mother screamed in frustration. After a long time of quiet life without any problems, now came two human children who claimed to be the flesh and blood of her husband.

"Mas Rendra do not bother, if you say do not carelessly. My dad couldn't have done that! I know exactly how papi is!" Miko rejected all of Rendra's words.

"Ohya, really? We ask papi you ehm, papah I also exactly! Please talk Mr Hendrawan Adhiwijaya!"

Hendrawan took a deep breath and exhaled it slowly. The look on his face changed, he stared fixedly at the three young people in front of him, then turned to look at his wife.

"Better you guys go home, this is not your place!"

Rendra clucked in annoyance, that was not the answer Rendra wanted. While Tiara was silently glued to look in disbelief at the man who was talking.

"What this young man said is not true! They're not my kids, mi!"

Rendra was getting annoyed, anger raging in his chest. Rejection is always the last part of every time he sets foot in the house. He chuckled mockingly at Hendrawan who still did not want to admit their existence.

"Year last year papah came to the house asking mom to stay, apparently it was just a play. Hendrawan Adhiwijaya, you're a master fraud!"

"Close your mouth! I don't know you!"

"Ohya, then what is this?" Rendra threw a number of photos of his memories with his mother and Hendrawan on the table.

Miko's mother grabbed quickly and her eyes widened. "Fanny?! It's Fanny, right? So all this time, let's just make my guess! You cheated on her!"

Miko's mother screamed hysterically and threw the pictures at Hendrawan.

"Tante knows mom, right? What else do you want to deny Hendrawan Adhiwijaya?" 

Hendrawan silently stared at the photos he had forgotten. Fanny's shadow, her beloved mistress, is again lifted from the bottom of memory. From the very beginning Tiara entered, Hendrawan was very surprised to see Tiara's resemblance to Fanny. The assumption is true if the woman who is fondly held Miko is a biological daughter that he has not had time to visit.

Miko grabbed one of the photos lying in front of her, her hands trembling. He turned towards the silent Tiara of a thousand languages. Tiara's clenched hands held back the anger, she didn't know she should be happy about meeting her father or sad about this.

Hendrawan's refusal was clearly a harsh slap for Tiara. He did not expect Miko who became his target still had a blood relationship with him.

"Go from here! I won't look at your disgusting faces in my house!" miko's mother is hysterical. He stood up and returned with harsh words. Makes Tiara even more furious.

"You've heard her words, right, go! I'm not your papah!" Hendrawan again asserted that the expulsion made Rendra again clucked, he stood up and pulled Tiara's hand.

"Once a coward remains a coward, once a deceiver remains a fraud, and once a traitor remains a traitor. Papah better remember that!" Rendra looked at Hendrawan without blinking.

"Go tell me!" Miko's mother screamed and pushed Tiara's body hard. 

Tiara staggers almost to fall but Rendra manages to catch her. "We're leaving" he said softly in Tiara's ear.

"Never set foot in this house again!" 

Again the cry of Miko's mother sliced Tiara's heart. Crying and screaming now even sounded out of the house. The helpers and workers at Hendrawan Adhiwijaya house can only shake their heads and bow their heads pretending not to know.

Tiara's eyes warmed up, her tears hanging from her eyes. Rendra drove the car back to the apartment. Along the way Tiara was endlessly crying, she cursed the fate that never took a good side with her.

"Haram he said? We're Ren's bastard?"

Rendra silently did not answer, only a heavy sigh was heard.

"I don't accept Ren, I don't accept!" 

Tiara could not help her disappointment. This was the first time he had met and seen his father's face. The first meeting that should have been heartwarming actually inflicted a wound with the rejection of his father. Old wounds reopened, Tiara's loss of the mother figure and disappointment in the father figure reappeared. That hatred turned into revenge.

"Hendrawan Adhiwijaya, I will make you suffer by losing one by one your favorite people!"
