Bailin followed Jiarong from behind through an alternate path.
"When my father was a child, he used to take me on this path" Jiarong said.
Not long after, Bailin and Jiarong arrived at the top of the mountain. They saw an army of fallen snakes. Everything was dead, Bailin and Jiarong searched for Xiao Yu's body.
"Bailgina!" yelled Jiarong who saw Xiao Yu severely injured unconscious. Bailin immediately approached Jiarong.
Jiarong held onto Xiao Yu's pulse. "He's still breathing."
"Rapidly treat him with your healing water" Bailin said.
But from above the sky, a flash of lightning struck to the location where Bailin and Jiarong were. Soon Bailin took Jiarong into hiding. Bailin knew who was coming, he suppressed his stealth so that the eastern sky knight would not know of its existence.
"Who is that?" asked Jiarong lirih.
"That is the knight of the eastern sky, lest our existence be known by him," replied Bailin.
