The SKiff that Sili was flying swooped down and the goal was to crash into the Combat Aircraft-like flying vehicle on Earth towards General Randall who was controlling the Giant Golem.

The soldier who was next to General Randall was shocked to see the appearance of the SKiff in front of them. He immediately jumped in front of General Randall and cast a Magic spell.
