It's Getting More Complicated.

A beautiful morning in Jakarta. The three handsome men and one beautiful woman entered the lobby while looking at the employees chatting. They purposely came too early just for the sake of discussing one employee.

Christina, Aska, Adrian and Romeo were sitting around the table. Romeo already has plenty of evidence to ensnare her husband into prison. At the discussion Adrian looked at Romeo and asked, "Do we have a good lawyer to handle this case? I don't want this case to go off like Haryadi."

"There was. His name is Mr. Joseph" replied Romeo.

"There are no strong candidates so that Sony can not escape from there? Honestly, I'm not sure that Mr. Yusuf is most likely working with Benjamin behind us" said Aska, who predicts the future.

"We don't have a team of lawyers anymore. They were already very great when the cases were rolling in Aska" explained Christina.

"Are you sure about the cases that have been rolling?" ask Ask Aska who suspects Mr. Yusuf and his lawyer team.

"What do you mean?" ask Christina back.

"I mean, Mr. Joseph was easily bribed by anyone. There are so many cases that we feel so far everything has not been completed and is still floating like the wind. I've investigated a lot of cases that ensnare us. Honestly, no case is completed at all, then the case is rolling arbitrarily to make us a big loss. Don't you know about that?" ask Aska who made Christina very surprised.

"Mean all this time?" romeo asked as he looked at Aska's face.

"Yes. During this time the cases worked by Mr. Joseph and his team failed miserably. I checked everything and nothing was done at all. Now the question is, do we want someone like that? If the person is cheating secretly," explained Aska who made Romeo surprised.

"I'll send you some evidence that surprises you. Inevitably you should know about this," said Aska as she grabbed her phone and searched for some files about Mr. Yusuf and his team.

Finished sending the files, Aska waited for the expression from their faces. Indeed, lately Aska began to check one by one his employees in the office. Starting from small professions to large professions Aska check it slowly. Then after starting to compartmentalize them and choose a good person or a bad person in the company. But Aska only found twenty percent of honest people working in his company alone.

Suddenly Azka was surprised to find out that many dirty people in his company were convinced that the mother did not check the employees one-on-one. Although it was the work of HRD, Aska intervened while knowing the ins and outs of the employee. It is true what was said from Pak Ahmad and Mr. Broto. The two middle-aged men often reminded Aska not to trust others.

"Honestly, I lost quickly to you. Why don't I investigate first? I'm a fool about trusting people too much" Romeo said.

"I don't blame you much less Maria. I know you guys helped my mom take care of this company. This company is not small but very big. You guys are overwhelmed taking care of it. So inevitably I have to overhaul the entire fabric of this company. If left constantly this company will fall apart like a grain of dust," explained Aska while looking at Adrian's face. "What do you think of my decision?"

"That's very nice. I have opinions like you too. You should just ask the original owner," pointed Adrian towards Christina.

"How do you think Mom is?" ask Aska while looking at Christina's face.

"That's up to you. You want to change everything please. Because the company I've given you. I want you to grow to take care of this company. Sooner or later you can do it. The bad ones get rid of it. The good keep it. I hope you understand that sentence," Christina replied while giving her son the best advice.

"That's up to you. We better talk about this more deeply. I want Mr. Adrian to be involved in this matter as well as Maria. This problem is very difficult to solve" Romeo replied.

"It's not hard to solve. But we are surrounded by people who are not responsible for the damage little by little this company," Aska corrected Romeo's opinion.

"How's the lawyer I asked for?" ask Adrian.

"We don't have lawyers anymore. We have to take the lawyer from the outside" Christina replied.

"Calm madam. I have acquaintances. His name is Mr. Mahmud. Mr. Mahmud is a good lawyer in Indonesia. We can wear it at a price. As far as I know, Mr. Mahmud has an enemy named Mr. Yusuf" said Romeo.

"Sir Mahmud who is often on TV?" ask Ask.

"Yes that's right. Every case Mr. Mahmud always wins. But now his career is ruined by someone. Heard the one who destroyed it was a lawyer too. To this day, the lawyer remains a mystery. I hope Mr. Mahmud can help us" replied Romeo who made Aska understand.

"Then call. We can negotiate for this case. If Mr. Mahmud is successful, it is certain that his value will increase from what we negotiated earlier. But first I have to find out who Mr Mahmud really is? I don't want Mr. Mahmud to be in touch with Benjamin or anyone else" Aska explained.

"I understand that. Who will I give you all the identities about Mr Mahmud?" Romeo.

"Are you guys done negotiating?" adrian asked who put pen and paper on the table.

"I'm done with everything. I'd like to have a meeting with the marketing division kids from one to six. I want to fish Sony," replied Aska.

"Why do you want to fish it?" Ask Christina.

"Because I want to know how Sony's dedication to the company? And I will tell the other children that corruption will be fatal to their bad luck. I want all companies outside and inside to block Sony's name from working for any company. This is enough for me" explained Aska.

"Are you seriously doing it?" adrian asked who looked at Aska somewhat doubtfully.

"Yes... I did it on purpose, "aska replied firmly.

"Then do it. Bully all the marketing divisions so they do not follow in the footsteps of Sony!" Adrian's orders.

"That's sorted. We cannot be soft on them now. If we continue like this, they can trample us. Moreover, the people we work with are Benjamin's men. Good morning and happy work," Aska replied as she left them to head to her own room.
