THE UNDESTUIFIED LOVE
11 Reveal

Anita could not hide her great shock towards Mahatir Wijaya, the figure of a parent who had raised her to be her child, appearing before her with only a cigar in her hand.

The bald-headed man stood looking at Anita with a flat expression.

"What's up, Anita ? Why are you looking for the Tribuana Tungga Dewi?", asked Dad.

Anita suddenly turned nervous when a man named Mahatir Wijaya spoke to her in a serious tone.

"A-dad.", said Anita.

Anita put aside the carbine in her hand and stood up while bowing her gaze.

"A-I was just worried about Tungga because from this morning until the afternoon he had not returned home" Anita continued.

"Hmmm..", muttered father.

Father was still standing with one hand behind his body while the other hand was holding a cigar, he moved towards his mouth.

The plontos-headed man sucked deeply into the cigar in his hand.

Enjoy the smell of cigars with the gaze turned upwards.

"I sent him to the dock" said the father.

Anita flinched in shock then she subconsciously looked towards father with a serious expression.

Suspicion began to hit Anita's mind.

"Dock !? Why did you send Tungga there?", asked Anita.

"We're both in a serious deal" said the father.

"What's father's deal?", asked Anita again.

"Do you want to know?", said the father.

"It is not my right to know the relationship between you that you are agreeing on but I deserve to know about Tungga because he and I are like brothers" Anita replied.

"Why?", asked the father.

The bald-headed man only glanced briefly at Anita.

He then returned to sucking his cigar with pleasure.

"I am only carrying out an obligation and do not deny the other benefits of our relationship as brothers, fathers", said Anita.

"But you are not bound by blood, Anita", replied the indifferent father.

"Should the bond of blood be the reason we become good brothers, father !? While the two of you who are bound by blood do not have a healthy relationship as a father and son" said Anita.

"Anita!", snapped the burly man angrily upon hearing Anita's words.

Anita fell silent without ignoring the burly man beside her.

"Dragon how you talk to the big boss even though you are his adopted son is still your boss, Anita!", said the burly man.

The burly man reminded Anita with anxiety.

Anita remained silent in her place.

"Hmmm..", muttered father.

He pulled the cigar from his mouth and exhaled the cigar smoke from his mouth, forming a cloud-like mass of smoke.

"I know you've been taking care of Tribuana from childhood to adulthood since her mother left her" said the father.

"He didn't leave Tungga if he paid more attention to him because it was the attitude of the father that caused Tungga to lose her mother figure" Anita said.

"But doesn't he know that this is the life of the mafia and there's no reason he shouldn't be against me" he said.

"The woman is none of my business" Anita continued.

"Oh yes!?", replied the father while chuckling.

Mahatir Wijaya still stands with his cold attitude and clearly visible personal figure of a big powerful mafia leader.

"Which dock did you send Tungga?", asked Anita.

"Should I tell you, Anita?", replied the father without seeing Anita.

"Not the task!?" said Wijaya.

"Yes.", said Anita.

Wijaya laughed softly again while shaking the cigar in his hand.

"He's my son... And as the son of a big mafia leader he deserves to do the mafia-like job he should have done a long time ago, Anita.", said Wijaya.

Mahatir Wijaya looked at Anita with a mocking smile.

"I don't intend to transfer the highest leadership of the organization to you because I appointed you as my daughter, Anita", said Wijaya.

"I don't intend with your leadership position, father", replied Anita.

"Areally?" said Wijaya.

There was the laughter of the plontos-headed man when he heard Anita's words.

"Why are you looking for it then?", asked Dad.

The man named Mahatir Wijaya raised his eyebrows high as if finding out a fact that strengthens his argument against Anita's desire in the mafia organization.

"Because she's my responsibility", said Anita.

"You responsible ? She is not your daughter and she is also not who you are, Anita", replied Wijaya.

"Apart from that, Tungga is still my responsibility not only to myself or Tungga or with you, father" said Anita.

"Lantas?", asked Dad.

"But it has to do with my responsibility to God that I must keep in the hands of God ! And I will never let that flag fall into the hands of the enemy" Anita said.

Mahatir Wijaya was stunned when he heard the answer from the princess he had raised like his own biological child.

The bald-headed man had never expected to hear such a deep word from Anita.

He knew that during this time Wijaya did not care much about the fate of his children because of his busy life as a big mafia leader who demanded he have to work 24 hours in his life.

Wijaya realized he was only showering his children with affection in the form of abundant treasure without thinking of attention in the form of affection.

When she heard Anita who was her adopted daughter she was a little moved.

"Lord, yes... But God does not speak in the context of the mafia world, son because God will judge us as mafia", said Wijaya smiled bitterly.

"If you want to go back to God's way should as a mafia we forget God?", said Anita.

"Let's go.., because I never thought I'd get to that direction" said the father.

"Come, dad... Tell me where you sent Tungga!", Anita pleaded.

"I told you if I sent him to the dock" said Wijaya.

"Why did you send her there?", asked Anita suspiciously.

"And I've said that I don't need to tell you, Anita", replied the father replying to Anita's question indifferently.

"Dad... I beg you", said Anita. "Please don't involve Tungga, father!", he continued begging for pity.

"Why?", asked the father.

"He has no right to accept this injustice, father!", Anita said.

"Anita, the thing you need to know in your life is not to interfere in our nuclear family affairs, and you should know that, Anita" said the father.

Anita fell silent without answering even though she was eager to throw the bullet in her carbine at the bald-headed man right then and there.

However, Anita held her back because she realized if she did then the Tribuana Tungga Dewi would never forgive her.

"Are you the one who told Tribuana about Daniel Marco?", asked the father staring intently.

"Why, did you ask her?", Anita replied.

"Have you sent Tribuana here and forced her to refuse the marriage of Tribuana to Daniel?", asked the questioner.

Anita fell silent again and began to be extra careful in responding to the words of Mahatir Wijaya.
