Chapter 11

"YOKOOK!!" The sound of a cock crowing, Nia turned to her wall clock indicating 05:00 am. Slowly Nia's land closed her eyes and, "Nia, get up! 5 O'clock!" James who floated over. Nia stayed asleep, trying to cover her ears with a pillow.

"Nia, it's late for school.." James again. Nia who arrived woke up startling James, she walked towards James with a pale face and red eyes. "A.. Nia.. You okay what?" James asked in fear.

Nia stopped in front of James, she glared, "Who told me all night?! I can't sleep!" Nia's voice arrived. "I'm sorry.. I used to be able to sleep in any condition.." Said James scratching his non-itchy head. Nia exhaled a long breath, she walked like a zombie into the bathroom.

Yesterday night

Nia helped her mother lift the mattress after her room was completely clean, James also helped, although not really raised. "James, are you helping me? How do you look like your hands are breaking through the bed." Whisper Nia slowly, "Look, I'm helping, ask your mother if this mattress is heavy or not." James was upset.

Meanwhile, Nia was writing her journal in the room.

"..., not funny.." Furious James was annoyed, he thought of a way to retaliate. "Haha.." Nia laughed with satisfaction. Suddenly Nia's room became quiet, Nia felt strange with her room, but the feeling was not ignored, she returned to writing.

James re-entered and floated over as usual, he opened the conversation, but Nia did not respond. "More.. Sorry about that incident.." James knew his mistake. Nia remained focused on writing, Nia glanced at him for a while then immediately stood up and headed for the mattress.

Nia picked up the pillow and threw it at James, "Au!" James Excited. James did not want to lose, he touched Nia's pillow and suddenly Nia's pillow cast a shadow, James smacked it into Nia and Nia goosebumps up to the bone. "Hey.. It's chilly!" Nia said holding her hand.

James saw Nia's hand flushed, "Nia, your hand!" James Excited. "Red color again?!" Nia rushed to the bathroom and put her hand in the water. "Ehh? What's not happening?" Nia asked, taking her hand out of the water, Nia walked towards her room while looking at her hand continuously.

When she reached the room, Nia saw James was very worried, "Ahh, Nia, how are your hands?" James approached Nia. "It's fine, but it feels a little weird.." Nia answered, "What's so weird?" James asked holding Nia's hand and, "Shelf!" Nia's hand flashed a red light that hit James and James hit the wall.

"Yes, James, are you okay?" Nia approached James. James saw Nia approaching him and he walked backwards, "Retreat Nia, don't come near me!" James Excited.

"Why?" Nia asked paused, "It would be very dangerous if I touch you now, if that red light in your hand has not disappeared, do not approach anyone, especially humans. Don't touch it." James's orders. Nia nodded sadly, now she had to avoid all the creatures that were nearby.

"TARKS.." The door opened, James immediately disappeared. "Darling, who are you talking to?" Ask her mother who arrived near Nia. "I.. I'm.." Replied Nia was stamped with bricks while retreating slowly. "I'm talking to myself.." Nia replied lying, Nia saw the look on her mother's face growing suspicious. "Darling, let me know if there's a problem." Her mother said as she touched Nia's hand and, "BRUAK!! CRASHH!!" His mother bounced until it hit the wall hard and the window glass broke exposed to the red light that was getting stronger. "Mother!" Shouted Nia hysterically. "What's wrong?" James asked who heard Nia's scream. "Mothers.. Mum.." Nia answered with a brick while crying. "Wine.." James said in his heart.
