As planned, it was time for Julian to stay at his third in-law's house, Kamila's. He and his wife left at about one o'clock in the afternoon. Spending less than twenty minutes, Julian and Kamila's motorbike had entered the courtyard of a not-so-luxurious, but not-so-simple house either. There are two stalls on that side of the house. One stall needs household, next to the counter belongs to Kamila.
"Eh there's a son-in-law" said a middle-aged lung man who was playing with his pet bird. Kamila and Namira smiled as they greeted the man.
"Dad like a collection of birds?" julian asked the trite so he could be more familiar with his in-laws. At first, however, they did not know each other, so it was natural that there was a sense of awkwardness inside Julian.
"It's just a few hours, Jul, not much, just to busy if at home," replied the Father-in-law. "Let's go, Jul. Mil, get your husband in. Mom's out for a minute, buy a ramjak she said."
"Oh, yes, come on, Mas, come on in" Kamila asked. Julian nodded and he followed his wife into the house and sat in the guest chair. "I finished the room first, Mas," said the wife, and Julian just nodded.
"Eh .. There's a daughter-in-law!" the sound of the mother-in-law's cry from the outside of the house immediately echoed, surprising Julian who was staring at the cellphone a few minutes ago. "Where's kamila? How come you don't drink?"
Julian immediately got up and shook his mother-in-law's hand. "Again in the room, Mom. Put the stuff down and clean the room."
"Where's mom from?" ask Kamila who just came out of her room.
"Buy rujak, which father?"
"After, Mom. Wash your hands again" Julian replied.
Shortly after that the Father-in-law came from the kitchen, Kamila followed the mother-in-law to the kitchen after the Father sat down to accompany Julian.
"Have you started trading, Jul?" ask Father.
"No, Sir. Maybe the day after tomorrow is just starting again," replied Julian as suave as possible despite his rather awkward heart.
"How about Kamila himself? Do you want to trade or what?"
"Mila wants to move sales, sir, there," said Mila while carrying a tray of sweet tea and snacks. "Mas Julian just bought a stall for his wife's business."
"Well! Buy kiosk?" cry Mother-in-law while carrying other dishes in a jar.
"Have Lehan been here, Mom?" kamila asked on the sidelines of her chat.
"Since that case, Lehan and his family have stayed away, Mil. Even Mother also had time to be ostracized by neighbors because of the problems that befall you," replied Mother with a face that changed softly. "Even Masmu had to fight jotos with the Lehan family. Fortunately, there is a father."
"It's also sometimes there are still neighbors who nyindir nyindir. But Father, Mother, Arif and Ilham did not touch him. Let it be, later a safe time to answer the truth," said the Father who looks very strong.
"Sorry Julian, sir, Mom, this is all because of Julian's uncontrolled remarks" Julian said regretfully. However, he did contribute greatly to the problems that befell his wife's family.
"Not what, Jul. It's all happening. I also understand your position. What is important, for the Father, as long as your marriage is smooth, there is no problem whatsoever, Mr. join seneng," replied Mr. wise.
The four of them then dissolved in chatter to other things. The sound of laughter sometimes echoed from their chatter. The atmosphere grew warmer as Kamila's brother and sister came and joined them. Although it was only the first time close, Julian was so easily familiar with all the families of his wives.
"Really, Jul? Where did you get the info?" tanya Arif, Kamila's sister.
"It just so happened that there was a Reynan victim who came to the house, the day after my wedding, Mas. The man told me everything that Reynan and his friend had done" Julian said.
"Maybe the friend in question is Lehan, who else," said his brother Kamila. "Are they not sticky."
"What do you mean, take Lehan, huh!" shouted a man who eavesdropped on Kamila's family talk from the side of the house.
"Uncle!" peekik Kamila's.
"Shut up!" sniffed the Uncle. "If you're still slandering Lehan, I won't hesitate to take this case to the legal line for defamation, keep it!"
The deg!
