The Wife You Divorced

The Wife You Divorced
new maid

"Good day, is this really Miss Monika's house?"

"Yes. I'm Monika. Who are you two?" monika asked as she looked at the two women.

"I'm from the Bu Foundation. Is it true that mom ordered ART from our foundation, Pelita Bangsa foundation?"

"Oh yes. Is correct. Comein! let's have a chat inside."

"Yes." Yeah."

The two women then entered Monika's house after Monika let her in.

"Please sit!" monika Pinta.

"Yes. Thank you, ma'am" said the two women. Then they sat down and followed Monika.

"Previously, my name is Nuri. I am from Pelita Bangsa Foundation. I came here, with a housekeeper that I ordered," said the woman named Nuri.

"Oh yeah, who's going to work at my house?" tanya Monika looked at Bu Nuri.

"This is Ma'am, his name is Sulis. He's from the village and experienced." Bu Nuri introduced the young lady sitting next to him to Monika.

Monika stared intently at the young woman named Sulis.

"No one is older than Mom?" ask Monika.

"There is no Mom. Incidentally, who applied for work at our foundation, as Sulis all."

"How old are you, Sulis?" ask Monika to Sulis.

"Twenty-two years Ma'am" replied Sulis.

Monika was shocked when she heard Sulis reply.

If the maid was this young, my husband wouldn't be tempted. I'm sure this woman must still be a girl. Mas Adnan may have another crush on this woman, Inner Monika.

There is fear and anxiety in the heart of Monika, if Adnan will be seized by other women. Like Monika who had taken Adnan from the hands of Mila first.

"You're still a girl?" ask Monika again.

Sulis smiled.

"Alhamdulillah ma'am, I'm married."

"Have married? Did you get married at this young age?" Monika looked in disbelief.

"Yes Mom. If in my village, the age of twenty-five years is not married yet it has been called a spinster. I don't want to be an old virgin. So I quickly got married, let's not say old virgin."

"Squeaky. Are you sure you want to work at my house? have you had any experience before?"

"I've worked in Malaysia as a domestic assistant as well Ms."

"How many years?"

"Two years Mom. Because the contract is two years."

"Your husband does it make you work?"

"It's Mom."

Monika still hesitates to accept Sulis. Because Sulis is beautiful, and still young. But Monika can still breathe a sigh of relief because the prospective maid already has a husband. Not a girl or a widow. So Monika was sure that Sulis would never dare to mess with her husband.

"Yes, you I accept work here. If in a few months you work hard, I'll raise your salary."

"Alhamdulillah. Thanks a lot, Mom."

"Yes." Yeah."

After taking Sulis to Monika's house, Bu Nuri then decided to go home.

"In that case, I say go home first, Ms. Monika. If there's any need for anything, you can call the foundation."

"Yes Bu Nuri. Thank you so much for sending Sulis here."

"Yes, Mom."

Bu Nuri then stepped out of Monika's house. So did Sulis and Monika. They drove Bu Nuri to the front of the house.

"Yes Monika's mother."

Bu Nuri then stepped outside the gate of Monika's house. He then got in the car and drove away from Monika's house.

After Bu Nuri leaves, Monika invites Sulis to enter her house.

"Sulis, let's go inside. I'll show you your room inside."

"Yes, Mom."

Arriving in the living room, Sulis and Monika stopped their steps.

"Who is Mon?" ask Adnan.

"It's Sulis. She's the new maid in our house" replied Monika.

Adnan, Miss Retno and Aluna stared at each other. They looked confused, because Monika never told you in advance that she would take a maid from the foundation.

"What! new maid," cried Adnan.

"Yes, it's."

"You took a maid in the foundation, why don't you tell me first...!" furious Adnan.

"If I told you first, you wouldn't necessarily agree to it either."

Monika does not want to serve her husband and mother-in-law too much. He preferred to take Sulis to the back room.

"Sulis, this is your room. Hope you stay here."

"Yes, Mom."

"Who are the three people, ma'am?" ask Sulis.

"He's my husband, my in-laws, and my stepson. I'll know you with them. If so, you better rest here. Starting tomorrow it's working."

"Yes, Mom."

"I live first. Who knows, you'll want to clean your clothes first. There's a small closet you can keep your shirt Sulis."

"Yes, Mom."

After escorting Sulis to her room, Monika stepped away leaving Sulis' room. She then approached the living room and sat mingling back with her husband and mother-in-law.

Adnan stared at Monika sharply. It seems that he does not like the attitude of Monika who is completely unwilling to appreciate him as a husband.

"Mon, what the hell are you doing. Don't tell me first, if you want a maid's message at the foundation."

"Here, then if you have to deliberate first with you. You don't necessarily agree with my decision either. Because you are stingy. Pay the maid dear the same money. I love to take care of my parents and wife."

"Well, if that woman works here, who wants her salary?" adnan said in a high tone.

"Yes you dong. Save your salary to pay the maid. Instead of you having to tinker with me and mom to do homework. He said let me help you, so I found a maid. How the hell," said Monika who did not want to be blamed.

Adnan breathed deeply. Adnan had absolutely no intention of taking a maid from the foundation. Because he thought, Monika and her mother are still willing to do their own homework.

But secretly unbeknownst to Adnan, Monika instead takes a maid from the foundation. Made Adnan growled himself at his new wife.

Adnan who was already upset and disappointed no longer want to serve his wife's words. He would rather leave Monika than have her argue that would cause a quarrel.

After Adnan left, Miss Retno looked at her daughter-in-law.

"Mon, you should have said it to Adnan. You asked for approval from Adnan. Don't be so rash like this. How about it, Adnan your husband. Head of the family in our house. You have to appreciate it" said Ms. Retno.

"Emang told people to work here, no need to pay. It must be paid every month. You are not working alone now. What all should rely on Adnan payday. Eat and pay the maid," continued Ms. Retno.

"Mom, stop. Do not extend trivial problems like this. It's all for the good of my mother. If there is a maid, you can just sit on your hands at home. No need to do homework."

Ms. Retno could only shake her head when she saw Monika's attitude. Monika is indeed a very selfish and stubborn woman, more than her husband Adnan.

"It's up to you and Adnan now. If it's this, I don't want to interfere."

Without saying much, Ms. Retno stepped away leaving her daughter-in-law in the living room.
