Luvena alissya grethania is one of the best graduates at the university of Cambridge who one day saved a little boy named Madava Raymond mahardika from a fire at the hotel as he was carrying out his duties in one of the hospitals.

the child was traumatized because his parents died due to the ruins of the hotel. And will be cared for by his uncle named Alvaro brian mahardika who when the event occurred he was on a business trip abroad and immediately picked up his nephew after knowing about the events he was experiencing and he heard that his brother and sister-in-law died during the incident.

he looked for his nephew in the hotel that had been burned and he met Luvena who was carrying the wounded madava Alvaro also asked "who are you? Why are you holding Madava? " then Luvena answered "i'm Luvena the doctor who was on duty in this town and was holding this child because she was hiding under the hotel dining table during the fire from fear, who are you, why do you know the name of this boy? " Alvaro replies that he is Madava's uncle and Luvena finally collapses from exhaustion and Alvaro carries them to the car and drives them to the hospital

Luvena, who was embarrassed because she asked to come down and rebel, but because she was still weak, she could not walk alone and finally resigned in Alvaro's arms. but even Alvaro's subordinates who saw that could not believe that the always-cucky and cold boss suddenly held a new woman in his acquaintance to meet his nephew. In the room where Madava was treated, Alvaro dropped off Luvena. The doctor came and examined the condition of madava.The doctor said "all is well and he will recover in a few weeks" the doctor went Alvaro asked Madava "does anyone get sick? uncle here everything will be fine" but Madava did not answer and Luvena tried to ask Madava "hello little sister, do you still feel sick? " Madava just shook his head. Alvaro and Luvena had taken Madava to speak for a while but Madava only shook his head.

A few days later Luvena was cured and Madava remained speechless. Alvaro offers Luvena to become Madava's personal physician and provide contract documents
