The Zed Analytical Number Nine

The Zed Analytical Number Nine
Welcoming

"In a few days, there will be an important meeting. Hopefully with the arrival of Professor Zedric here, he can help complete the facilities provided," said Fariz seemed to think long.

"Yes I hope so," replied Salman, nodding.

Looking from out there, one of the researchers told news of someone who awaited has arrived.

"Thank you for telling me you can leave this room" Fariz said.

After walking a few steps, Fariz and his staff saluted the invited guests.

"Welcome, prof, please come in. I hope this happiness starts your day" he said with a smile, and the two seemed to start talking.

"You know what,?" Zedric was flabbergasted for a moment, then started laughing.

"Yes, you must have thought that I was joking, right?" he said in the end.

"Now we have breakfast first, and then you'll come with me. There's something I want to show you" he said.

"This place is so different, have you changed it?," Zedric asked after making sure the food on his plate had run out.

"This time your guess is right, Prof" said the next and laughed cackled.

"Here is a super technology that uses magnets and electric current power in it. Whaddya think? Sophisticated right? After this, I hope we can work together" he said passionately and explained thoroughly.

"Cooperate on what, then,?" Zedric seemed to question that.

"Sure as complementing the renewal of the facility, Prof. You certainly can't resist it" she explained confidently.

On the way to the research room, Zedric noticed a series of achievements clearly listed on each wall. Until he saw a photo of a memory with someone he knew.

"He's.." Zedric murmured in a moment, then something stopped him from speaking again.

"She's so pretty, isn't she?" Fariz said, throwing a smile.

"Well, I'll tell you a little about him. While doing research five years ago, I thought I would get the most out of it. But circumstances say otherwise, I was met with a girl my age or she could be a little younger. Maybe the creator wants me to get married soon, so immediately given a mate. It sounds strange, but it is the truth. Until I want to always take care of him until now," he recalled with a smile.

"certainly exists. It takes time for him to calm his condition and mind" he said expectantly.

Zedric just nodded and the rest he did not ask any further.

...****...

"There are still no signs of civilization out there" Zweta said after the Z1 engine landed at the site.

"Is this place really what you mean?" Zaskia responded in surprise.

"We've arrived" he said to confirm.

"I don't know what the next step is, but we're going to need supplies. Maybe this way one of them," said Zaskia while carrying the necessary equipment into a backpack.

"What are you doing?" asked Zweta.

"After getting ready to go out. Isn't it our goal to save Zinta? Then why are you still asking?" replied Zaskia slightly sniffled at him.

"You don't want our rescue to be in vain, do you?" said Zweta.

"I mean?," Zaskia frowned.

"Use this outfit, I found it in a Zinta storage cabinet. After I searched, the books of knowledge told me, "he said as he opened the door of the Z1 engine.

"That sounds good, but thank you" Zaskia replied and followed her directions.

They set out on this journey without knowing what was waiting at their destination.

"Did the chairman add new researchers? I think I saw it wrong. This fog instantly obscured my view," he said.
