5. THE GRIPPING NIGHT
A month later, when heavy rain mixed with strong winds, Mr. Gahral's residence was now in the presence of a group of heavily armed criminals, ransacking Rhihana's household.
The cries of the servants were heard in the room of Mr. Gahral and his sleeping daughter in their room. The incident occurred at two in the morning when other neighbors slept because the weather was very supportive so they did not know there was a distressing event that happened to their neighbor Mr. Gahral.
Mr. Gahral pulls his wife into hiding, but Mrs Maya refuses him for thinking about Rhihana's safety.
"I want to go to our daughter's room" whispered Lady Maya as she inched out of her room and walked quietly towards her daughter's room.
Mr. Gahral followed in his wife's footsteps because he wanted to protect these two people he loved so much.
"Dad, mother!" Pekik Rhihana when he saw his parents enter his room.
"Are you okay, honey? let's leave this place!" Lord Gahral led his daughter out to a safer place.
Just now they want to get out, suddenly criminals ambush them. They tried to back off. Mr. Gahral hinders his wife and daughter by stretching out both hands, lest the criminal approach his two loved ones.
"Where are you, Mr Gahral?" Ask one of the criminals who is the boss of the criminals, while holding his gun soundproofed right in Mr. Gahral's head.
Rhihana and her mother hugged each other and hid their faces from each other.
"Mother, I'm afraid mother." All over Rhihana's body was trembling.
Hand over all your property or both women I'll finish off" the crime boss said, handing over the file for Mr. Gahral's transfer of all assets to him.
"I work day and night to get it, you come at will to rob my treasure, no!" I'm not signing it." Mr. Gahral did not budge in the slightest, he instead wanted to grab the glass that was on his daughter's nightstand to throw towards the villain boss's face.
"Pull his daughter!" Tell the criminal to his men.
"Amkk!" Strangled Rhihana when the criminal grabbed her long hair." Daddy help Ana..hiks!" Shouted this 19-year-old teenager.
"Darling with what they're asking them not to hurt our daughter." Lady Maya persuades her husband to sign a transfer of power over all her assets.
"Until death I won't give up mine, they'll kill us even if we give up everything." Said Mr. Gahral who was no longer afraid of criminals when he saw his daughter held hostage.
"You are still like Gahral, still stubborn and fearless. All right look at this, what I'm gonna do to your daughter." The criminal took out a dagger and aimed at Rhihana's face.
"Dadahh!" Rhihana said in fear as the criminal heartily sliced a bit of her facial skin right on his cheeks.
Mr. Gahral did not remain silent to see his daughter's face sliced by the heartless savage who had damaged her face. He threw a glass that he hid into the face of the criminal until Rhihana managed to escape the clutches of the criminal's hand, but unfortunate fate of Mr. Gahral because in one second the bullet penetrated his heart.
"Foolishly why you killed him, I haven't gotten what I want from him!" Jerk the villain boss while holding his bloody forehead from the glass throw by Mr. Gahral.
"Basic bastard!" Shouted Madame Maya and then attacked the criminal.
Lady Maya stood up and lunged at her enemy, she was all her might against the criminal and managed to remove the man's face cover. In confusion, Rhihana ran to save himself, not far away he heard his mother had been paralyzed by the criminal.
He wanted to see his mother's condition again, but his mother shook her head weakly asking Rhihana to leave him. Rhihana stepped back and ran through several shots of criminals aiming at him. Rhihana ran unnoticed around him, heading towards the kitchen which led to the door of the cellar, where food storage was located.
Luckily the warehouse door that was modified like a cooking utensil storage rack drove criminals who did not know Rhihana into the place because the house was also in the dark.
"Burn this house fast...!" The criminal's boss's orders.
"Don't the boss, if we do, this affair will involve a lot of stakeholders to keep track of this mess." Exclaimed the assistant of the villain boss.
"Alright, we can't get what we want either, because that bastard's dead, the only way is to get his daughter because she's the heir to the throne of his parents' second business empire." The criminals left the magnificent mansion of Mr. Gahral with the destruction of that place they did.
From inside the cellar, Rhihana heard all the conversation of the villain boss, from behind the door, she also remembered the face of the villain boss.
Rihanna is still sitting in the storage room of all kinds of raw food stored neatly in the warehouse. She cried again, remembering her parents.
"Hiks... hiks..hiks!" What should I do now if both my parents are killed." Rhihana waited for safety out there while crying miserably.
Out there the lightning rain is still going on so fierce that the complex is quiet without any security officers doing patrols.
The tie-dwelling criminal who deliberately rented a house in the complex easily carried out his action to kill all the residents of the mansion owned by Mr. Gahral.
Now at four o'clock in the morning, Rhihana who had fallen asleep in the warehouse, woke up when he felt his cheeks hurt due to a knife stroke that had sliced his face by the criminal boss.
He stood up to the door of the barn and heard the movement out there was not heard. He ventured to open the door slowly and after feeling safe, Rhihana stepped out to walk towards his room to pick up something inside so that he could escape from his residence.
He found his father lying dead and his mother lying face down.
"Dad...!" Rhihana said softly and then kissed his father's cheek. While crying over his father, suddenly his shoulder held by someone made Rhihana aghast. When she wanted to scream, her mother called her name.
"Darling!" His mother was weak.
"Mother is still alive, I'll take you to the hospital" Rhihana said happily mixed with sadness when she found out her mother was alive.
"Honey, you're not strong enough to survive, you want to tell you something. Go to your mother's room look for a row of green Koran, if you find you will get a safe.
Take all the files and also the money and jewelry and go to our villa because there no one knows we have a villa under the foot of the hill, don't show yourself because those criminals are going to come after you, don't trust anyone, it could be that at this point a close person could be your enemy, goodbye my daughter, forgive me for not giving you the affection you always needed." Lady Maya breathes her last in her daughter's lap.
"Mother..mother ..mother!" Rhihana said with a raucous voice. He put his mother's body down and kissed the face of the woman who had given birth to him. He did what his mother asked.
But before that, Rhihana shifted her dead parents' bodies lined up and took white sheets on her mattress, covering the bodies of the two people she loved so much.
"Father, mother, Rhihana promised to take revenge on the people who killed you, they will not let me go to the end of the world." Rhihana said while crying.
He saw the condition of his house which was like a broken ship. All the broken things and blood mixed together.
His still trembling body slowly regained its composure as if his fear had turned into a courage that was stuck in his soul from burning grudges against the killers of his parents.
"O Allah, protect your servant from the criminals." He said while shedding tears.
Although his heart now felt calm, but his mind was still very upset. He did not know if today he could survive the pursuit of the criminals. But he had promised his parents to stay afloat no matter what.
"My father never gave up and also kept his fortune until the end of his life, I also had to save all assets belonging to my parents." Rhihana solidified his determination to get back up even without his parents.
