Previously Nila's initial plan was quite simple, just to keep an eye on Stella's movements, because of the events on Vivian's birthday night. The problem about Vivian's allergy, it's beyond their plan. The incident, though outside their plans, still affects Stella herself. Instead of wanting to lure Stella into a trap, Nila just doesn't want there to be an event worse than food poisoning.

After that the atmosphere became quiet, Kesya and Nila had entered into Vivian's nursery. Chihuahua sat on the floor waiting for Vivian to wake up, not long before Vivian's eyes moved and slowly opened.

Vivian immediately felt her head in a daze, then she recalled that she had just eaten Seafood. He still could not believe this, after all in his original world Seafood was one of his favorite foods.

Outside the room was quiet just Mario and Liam. Farel says he's going to the restroom, while Kendra pulls Stella over, and talks in private, forcing her to admit everything.

Stella who saw Kendra's sharp and piercing eyes like sewing needles became trembling, but she still did not want to admit that she had done it.

“Ken, you grew up with me 15 years I was always by your side. Don't you trust me like the others?” her eyes that were already slightly red were clouded again, and crying.

Stella lowered her head and clenched her hands.  His teeth groaned, he calmed himself and said weakly; “Ken, you've changed. I've seen it, your eyes are very different when you look at Vivian. Tell me, why?”

Kendra sighed, silent for a while then she said; “You already know the answer. You knew me that long, which means you know it too. I don't need to ask for the answer anymore.”

“Why, I obviously know you longer. Why was I defeated by someone you've only known for two months?”

“This has nothing to do with how long I've known someone. Don't blame Vivian's presence, she doesn't know it at all.”

“How has he nothing to do with Ken? His presence has taken you away from me.”

Stella was silent for a moment, she then recalled some of her childhood memories together with Kendra. His memory spins, until it finally arrives in the present, with Stella unconsciously saying; “I should have added the dose earlier, so that he soon caught up with his mother.”

“So it's you!” farel's voice sounded loudly from behind him. The second conversation was overheard by Farel, making Stella tremble even more.

His anger suddenly burst out again, but he just stared at Stella sharply, it was already night so Farel did not want to make a fuss in the hospital.

So Farel simply said with a look of disappointment; “My sister herself wanted to target my other sister. If it's brother's fault, just law Sister, just don't Vivian who doesn't know anything.”

Stella looked at him for a while and then threw her face the other way. He was unable to meet Farel's views, so he said; “It is too late brother, my hatred for him is ingrained.”.

Stella sighed again, then again said; “The brother who started all this, the sister who differentiated me with Vivian. Just because he has a weak gene and his age is a year younger than me.”.

“Sorry, wrong sister,” Farel looked down, she never thought that her treatment all along made Stella have such thoughts. Until she grows up to be the girl she is today.

Envy, jealousy, but likes to make others jealous and envious at the same time. Stella hears Farel's apology but does not respond, but Stella turns to look at Kendra and says; “Is there really no chance for me, Ken? Please think back, I beg.”
